  Home warranty service sent out CMS roofing, work was approved by home warranty company but CMS roofing has made nothing but excuses and has not returned phone calls. I continue to receive promises of phone calls for a date to begin but receive nothing. Unprofessional and lacking integrity……would not recommend.

  Years ago I paid for gutter rails. Young guys were sent out to perform work. I couldn’t figure out why my front bushes kept dying. We haven’t rebought plants & bushes thru the years. It wasn’t till years later we found out that rain draining off our roof was killing them. A whole roof level had no rain gutters. It was years ago I paid for this complete job & now I’m having to repay someone to complete it. A company is only as good as the employees they hire.

  If I could leave no stars I would. Homeowners beware. Count CMS Roofing as yet another business who is only interested in replacing your entire roof, not making repairs. The technician, Jeremy, arrived and appeared disinterested in offering any assistance in assessing the situation. I told him what the tech sent by the insurance company had said prior, yet he didn't even bother to inspect at all. He walked around my property and took pictures and left in the span of about 5 minutes. This was a complete waste of time. And in response to the response below, there was nothing vague about asking him to assess the situation that I explained to him, nor did he ask about my email address for additional information, which was already provided to your office. Its funny how this review got a swifter response from your office than any other correspondence. There was never any follow-up via phone or email after the visit to discuss what my needs were. I would have been more than willing to do so. But to put this on a potential customer speaks volumes about how this business is being ran and its lack of accountability as far as something as simple as what could be perceived as a breakdown of communication.

  Jeff, you requested to relocate a downspout which is very easy to do however once we called to schedule your work you changed your entire scope of work so we had to change the price. You then tried to legally threaten us. We remain transparent with our customers, which is why we notified you of the price change upon your request of the additional work scope before it was scheduled to be completed.

  I call the company and and told them what I needed and they said they would have a quote in 24 hours. Never heard anything. Call them back they said someone would call late morning no one called. Two day later the called and wanted to come out and look at the roof. I already had someone else to give me a price. Not to go of customer service. This was for Midway Elementary school in Kershaw County.

  I’ve used CMS Roofing for a new roof, gutters & gutter guards, and carpentry repairs around exterior windows & doors. EVERYONE at CMS has always been 100% professional and the workmanship is top notch. I cannot speak highly enough about this business they’re the best at what they do.
