Got a next-day appointment for noon. Tom texted that he would be 15 minutes late. Wow! Most places give you a four-hour window and then might be on time. He didn't charge for extra work AND...my final bill was less than the initial estimate when he got his materials at a discount. Professional and very reasonable. I can't say "I really recommend" enough. If this is not your roofer, it should be.

All I can say with my limited experience of roofs is the before and after pictures are significantly different. Roof looks repaired with areas sealed and neat.

I highly recommend Roof Repair Today. My tenant called to tell me that the roof had a leak, and I called various local roof repair companies and had to leave messages. So much for 24/7 help. I got several calls back, but nobody was available that day to actually help repair the leak or drive out to Algodones. Everybody just wanted to set up appointments to give me roof replacement quotes. Tom Sullivan from Roof Repair Today left a message and when I called him back, he headed out to my rental property right away to assess the damage. It was the week, when we had a snowstorm warning in Albuquerque and sure enough, the snow hit. Tom wasn't able to do anything that day, but he waterproofed the roof as good as he could to prevent more moisture from getting in the house. After the snow melted, he went back out to inspect the roof and told me that it really needed to be replaced. I expected that since the roof was really old and had hail damage from the storm that hit a few months earlier. He provided a very reasonable and affordable quote and never charged for the call out. He kept me informed throughout the entire process via text. They started work sooner than expected and replaced the roof in 3 days. Tom did an amazing job matching the existing shingles and communicated promptly with me the entire time. He also sent pictures of the before and after once the job was done. The fact that Roof Repair Today actually helped me the day I needed them with the emergency waterproofing of my tenants roof, earned them my trust to replace the entire roof. I highly recommend them.

Completed: Full silicone roof restoration in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This roof needed more than a new coating. Our work included cleaning and preparation, repairing air bubbles and blisters, correcting low areas, improving drainage, applying bleed blocker with reinforcing fabric and liquid flashing. We then applied a manufacturer-approved 100% silicone roofing system across the full roof and connected the penetrations, canales, parapet transitions, seams, and perimeter areas into one continuous waterproof assembly. If your roof has blisters, cracks, weak transitions, or drainage problems, an inspection can help determine whether restoration is a good option.
