  The estimator came by. Really nice guy named Manny. He got on my roof and measured all angles. Then we sat and talked, he's a very personable man. He gave me a quote on a finance of one year is as good as cash, while I pay $286.00 a month. We agreed, and they sent a big crew to install my new roof. They did a fine job, but there was a exhaust vent from my bathroom that was coming out at a 45° angle. I called and the fixed it. Now I have to deal with the finance company. At this point, premier is not at all helpful. As it turns out, the actual finance charges for the one year is $586.00, not the $286.00 I was originally quoted. I actually liked the salesman, Manny. I'm not destitute, so I didn't raise hell. They offered me a hamburger from Laguna burger and to this day, they are too busy to pay up. I could have really stuck it to them, but karma is watching.

  I hired Premium roofing, Abraham was my representative. The contract that I signed and per Abraham stated that if my roof claim was denied the contract void..Allstate denied my claim for the roof and sent a check to Premium for the interior damages. That check was made out to Premium I never saw the check. They signed and deposited in December. They now refuse to give me my money.. would strongly advise against doing g business with Premium Roofing

We also have no record of any situation matching what’s described here, including receiving or depositing an insurance check on behalf of a homeowner. This appears to be a mistaken or misdirected review. If this was intended for our company, we ask that you contact us directly so we can verify details and address it immediately.   After a very positive initial roof inspection with Javier in October 2025, we were optimistic about moving forward. However, after that visit, we received no response to our many follow-up inquiries regarding a full roof replacement. A second inspection was conducted and a full replacement estimate was prepared, but once again, our numerous calls and questions about the estimate went unanswered. Eventually, I tracked down the owner, Joel, in November 2025. During a lengthy conversation, he reassured me that he would address my outstanding questions about both the partial and full replacement estimates. Unfortunately, after that conversation, we never heard from him again either. And it’s now February 25, 2026. It is surprising to see five-star reviews when we were unable to get return calls or have basic questions addressed. The pattern of lack of communication and follow-through has been very disappointing. Being ignored is not what we expect from any business, let alone a “5-star” company. Fortunately, the repair or replacement was not urgent, and aside from the initial leak, we have not experienced additional issues. Still, clear communication and reliability matter, and that was not our experience.

  After no response from a local roofer, we contacted Premium Roofing for an estimate on some repairs. They were quick to respond and had an estimator on-site the next day. We accepted their offer and were told that work would be done in a few weeks as repairs like this were done on Saturdays. When we got the date, I called the day before to confirm and was told to expect workers early the next morning. That afternoon I received an email moving the work from Saturday to Sunday. After some discussion we agreed to Sunday with multiple assurances that the worker would do a good job for us. On Sunday, nobody had arrived by 10:00AM.. I called the company and only got a recording as nobody was in the office on Sunday. Monday afternoon I received a text from Premium Roofing apologizing for missing the assignment and offering to come the next day. I declined the offer as I had already lined up another company to do the work. Monday evening I got a call from Joel Monge, CEO of Premium Roofing with more apologies and an offers to perform the work immediately, even to do it at no cost or to cover the payment to another company. I thanked him for the offers, but I had lost faith in his company after waiting, rescheduling and not showing up. Mr. Monge made very reasonable efforts to resolve the issues, but having lost faith, everything was declined. I would normally not give anything more than a 1 star rating for this type of response, but Mr. Monge's heartfelt efforts to remedy shows a very good intent.

  We were blindsided when we found out a major section of our roof was compromised. We chose Premium Roofing from their positive reviews, and we are certainly glad we did. Josh and his crew worked steadily and efficiently in 100 degree heat. They communicated well, and the sent pictures of the work in progress.They used the best materials, and the finished product is first rate. Most impressive was the fact that their clean up at the end of the job left the property spotless. Good work! My wife and I are happy to recommend Premium.

  Despite challenges- rain, rain, rain- I'm so happy to have a new TPO roof installed by Premium Roofing. These guys work in 90-plus degree heat with no complaints, are responsive to customer questions and requests, and are always polite and thorough with task completion. Project leader Joshua is calm in the face of challenges and gets the job done when having to deal with numerous varied workers for the same job. Overall, I'd say job well done!

  I liked the estimator and he was quick to respond, but he was confused about ridge vents for a metal roof. I have an insulated cathedral ceiling that doesn't require a ridge vent. Those are typically recommended over uninsulated attics. …
