  Very, very disappointed in this company and do not recommend. We spent over 68K on a new flat roof with them just outside of Santa Fe the fall of 2024. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Throughout the entire process they NEVER showed up when promised - NOT ONCE! Within weeks of the new roof going on we had torrential rains and the ROOF LEAKED HORRIBLY and ruined the interior paint job that was just completed! And I'm only touching on the highlights! So much worse than you can imagine. I had to go through all of the owners to get them to come out and fix the issue and get someone to repaint the interior after the leaks. They said the roof was fixed and they would come out in the Spring and put on another coating just to make sure. Of course that never happened. But I thought we were OK. NO!!! This past April comes the monsoons and more leaks in a NEW area. Damien, one of the owners said it wasn't because of HIS roof! What? Then he said he would have their "expert" roofer come to check it out and of course, he NEVER did. Turns out the owners own a gym and that's their main focus. They are very charming and gave us many empty promises. Save yourselves and find another company!

  It will be about two and a half years since my "new" roof went up. It has been leaking during rainy days and when snow melts upon warming temperatures. I contacted the new owners (Damien mostly) and have had no response. I feel that they are just waiting for my warranty to expire so that they can make more money. I read with interest the positive reviews written by others who posted on this thread. My roof has been neglected so I tend to disagree with those people. If this is the only way for me to get their attention, so be it. My next step is to file a formal complaint against this company. I am an unsatisfied, ignored, and unhappy customer. I hope that Google themselves read this review because according to my first research and contact with Invigorate Roofing over two years ago, they came highly recommended by Google.

  The rep who came out wanted a signed contract before he would give me a quote. I declined. How can I decide before I have any idea of what they might charge? They have good reviews online but this is unreasonable in my opinion.

  Hey B.K., There is two processes when it comes to roofing. One is a retail estimate and one is working with the insurance to adhere to their scope of work. When it comes to an insurance claim, we align with their scope of work (insurance breakdown) and collect deductibles due to strict federal guidelines. We don’t send your insurance a different quote/estimate saying otherwise. We work within the guidelines set by the insurance.

  I had them install a tpo roof last year and it has leaked 5 times. Now I have water damage on the inside as well as the outside. I have had to call in outside experts who say it was poorly installed. Nightmare!

  We called this company for an estimate for 3 roofs on our property. The technician came out and only went on one roof to “look at” it but never did any measurements on any. He stood up there a new minute playing with his phone. Told us that it would be a big job and left. After 2 weeks I requested a status update on our estimate and was told I would receive it shortly and that I should have received it days ago. Nothing again. I requested 2 more times and never received our estimate. I was hopeful because they brag about being veteran friendly. Well this veteran was ghosted and left in the dark when in need. Don’t do business with this company. Zero ⭐️ s from this veteran.

  I recently had my shingle roof replaced by INVigorate Roofing in Albuquerque, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The project started with an unexpected issue when a window was accidentally broken during the tear-off process. As soon as I notified Donald, he took responsibility and had a replacement window arranged the very same day. There were no excuses, no runaround, and no delays. What impressed me most was how the situation was handled. Mistakes can happen on any job, but integrity and accountability are what matter. The crew continued working efficiently, and the entire roofing project was completed by the following day as promised. The new shingle roof looks fantastic, the cleanup was thorough, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. If you’re looking for a roofing company in Albuquerque that stands behind its work and takes care of its customers, I highly recommend INVigorate Roofing.

  I called Invigorate for a roof estimate on both my and my daughter’s homes. Donald provided a thorough and very reasonable estimate as compared to others. His employees completed the job in both homes in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future for my roof maintenance.

  Damien, Ceasar and the rest of the crew were awesome! They showed up on time. I left to go to the store for 30 minutes and they were done when I got back. It caught me off guard with how fast and efficient they were. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.
