  Buyer beware. This company attempted to dramatically inflate my mother’s insurance claim while presenting it as “waiving” her deductible. The numbers and tactics used raised serious concerns about insurance fraud and price gouging. As someone familiar with the insurance industry, the pricing submitted was wildly excessive compared to reasonable market rates. Homeowners should be extremely cautious before signing anything or allowing this company to negotiate directly with their insurance carrier. Using phrases like “free roof” or “we’ll waive your deductible” can expose homeowners to legal and financial risk, and in this case appeared to be used as justification for heavily inflated charges. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to obtain multiple bids, carefully review all paperwork, and independently verify pricing before proceeding.

At no point do we participate in insurance fraud, “price gouging,” or illegal deductible practices. All pricing submitted is based on industry-standard estimating software through a supplemental process. A supplement is an additional request submitted to the insurance company for work or materials that were missing, underpaid, or discovered after the original estimate was written. It is a normal and common part of the insurance restoration process used to ensure the property is repaired properly, safely, and to current code and manufacturer requirements. We also want to clarify that Ridgeview Roofing never guarantees a “free roof,” and any promotional discussions are always subject to legal and contractual compliance. We remain committed to honest communication, quality workmanship, and helping homeowners navigate what can often be a complicated insurance process professionally and ethically.

  We really enjoyed working with Ridgeview! We had a roof leak that required a gut and rebuild of our bathroom and kitchen and really had no idea what we wanted done, as it was essentially an emergency rebuild. Kim, Bryan and the whole team worked with us on our budget and helped create a new kitchen and bathroom we never could've dreamed of! They were fast, responsive, and a great team to have around. They also rebuilt our roof which is amazing peace of mind. I really cannot recommend Ridgeview enough!

From the start of my experience with them until the job completion, I felt very comfortable and secure with every process, and all aspects of the job. And it was clearly all due to the diligent and consistent work of CeJay Hines. This company came highly recommended by a fellow teacher who had her roof, and her brother's roof completed by them. She had hail damage and they got her insurance company to cover all of it. I called them for my hail damage just to get an idea of price. CeJay Hines came out within 2 days and did a thorough inspection. He definitely knows roofing! He was able to find recent and older hail damage and connect it to Albuquerque storms that produced heavy hail in my neighborhood. He then went to bat with my insurance company. Initially, my roof was denied for a complete roof. I was bummed, but CeJay knew exactly what to do and tirelessly dealt with my insurance, and after some back and forth got my whole roof, my shed, and some interior ceiling damage fully covered!!!!! He also was very knowledgeable about my solar panels. He got insurance to cover the removal and reinstall of them as well! Originally, it was not covered, but he was persistent and well-versed in insurance procedures and tricks and got it covered! Amazing persistence and preparedness for all the issues! He made

  These gentlemen are top notch, from the estimate to clean up of the project. They did my fathers roof in one day which was impressive in of it self. They even cleaned up our stucco walls after some debris from our old roof had come in contact with it. These guys are the appiteme of professional, sincerely thank you.

  Ridgeview Roofing came by my house after many different roofing companies have already came and given me some estimates. Not only did they beat any competing prices but they also beat any other roofing companies quality of work. Before they came and replaced my flat TPO roof I was having to go up on my roof to squeegee ponds off of it and look at my roof in embarrassment and constant worry about my roof caving in on my kids and I. Now when I stand on my roof not only am I totally confident in the job that was done but I got the best roof in the neighborhood. The employees were very professional, respectful, compassionate and they didn't leave a scrap of trash any where on my property when they complete their work. Thank you Ridgeview Roofing and Restoration for saving mine and my children's home. Thank you Mike for making sure my family will have a great home to live in for a long time to come. If you guys need anyone to go help you and your home roof definitely ask for Michael Renfro. He not only will make sure from beggening to end with his crew that the job will be 100% complete but he is very knowledgeable about his company, the job, the product the company uses and even makes sure to go out of his way to adjust to anything you might request. He even got them to stucco and patch up old drains that were obsolete. Make sure to ask for Michael Renfro to get your roof fixed today. I'm definitely going to be referring him to my friends, family and acquaintances. He was the first person to come see my roof and estimate it and was the last person of his crew to leave to make sure everything was 100% complete. He was there the entire time with his crew and made sure that everything was complete in a professional, timely manner, clean and 100% integrity of all of the work they did on my roof.
