  Customer service was great until it wasn't. Got my roof done on a Friday, noticed Saturday that my A/C was not working. Waited patiently until Monday to call. Customer service still very pleasant and sent the contractors out on a Tuesday. When contractors were unable to fix under "warrenty" is when Customer service went bad. It became a battle of who was at fault. My theory, it was working...absolutely NO issue before it was detached then bam...unfixable according to A/C contractors. Then finger pointing started and it was allegedly my fault because I had an old unit and didn't go on my roof twice a year to maintain....ummmm....again, working just fine before, not working after. Ultimately, the company did make it right and after 3 attempts the contractors finally fixed my a/c. What prompted this 1 star review is the lack of compassion and human empathy Katie had during this ordeal. Having this stress and heat in July with 2 young children she was more focused on proving that the company was not liable than showing any compassion. Its sad to say that I don't even look at my roof with any sort of appreciation, I just look at it and remember all the stress I was put through for that long month of july with no a/c.

  Since my roof was replaced I have had 4 separate leaks, have been given the run around by separate employees (their turnover is crazy). I wish they would fix what they broke (my skylights) but they refuse to take ownership of their workmanship. I have reported them to BBB and attorney general for their shady practices. Not sure anything will come from those reports since constructing regulation definitely favors the contractors, not the consumer.

  I wouldn't recommend this company when they came out to do a quote they did not seem too interested in even doing the job nor even giving me A quote. As a matter of fact I have still yet to receive A quote. In my opinion not very professional not sure how they got such good reviews. I have chosen a different company now to do the work.

  Waste of time and energy. I am Frustrated and Disappointed. I called for an estimate. I was promised I would have it by a set date and "as soon as you give us cash we can start right away." The day I was promised my five star estimate I get a call requesting to return to my house with the "boss" to take measurements. We did discuss other upgrades but I was specific in my request- fix the roof and water damage in the interior first and then additional services could be discussed at a later date. Here is my issue with that, the five star estimator came to my house and spent the better half of two hours on my roof and taking pictures of the interior of my house. I also provided the statement from the adjuster with measurements of my home and the amount I got from the claim. I said no, I don't think that is reasonable and it seems like the "boss" wants to squeeze more money out of this or he does't trust his employee's work. They apologized, said that is not the case and even offered a dinner on them. I don't want a meal, I want my estimate! And that is exactly what I said but of course, no estimate and now no response. I asked everyday this week for my estimate, no estimate. Their repetitive claim of providing five star service was bogus in my dealing with them and after reading the other 1 star reviews I should have stayed away. I am a disabled veteran of OIF and I suggest my fellow veterans, active duty and civil servants, anyone with a pulse to avoid addition stress and pick another contractor. Bottom line I just wanted my roof fixed before the next snow or rain, I didn't even get my estimate. I gave them several opportunities to provide me my promised estimate all this week and rectify the situation. Did not happen. Thanks boss.

  I was promised 5 star service. I was so happy when the worker was able to come and inspect the roof last minute for me while I'm in the process of buying a house. He promised he would have the estimate of cost of repairs for me by the deadline I needed. I have not heard from him since nor have I gotten the inspection report and estimate I was promised. I have tried to contact him and nothing. Very disappointed.

  Great roofing company! They were professional, reliable, and did excellent-quality work. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Communication was great with ROB from start to finish, and the roof came out looking amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company!

  We had a hole in our barn. I spoke with Alex at a home improvement show. Scheduled an inspection. Alex is very knowledgeable and great to work with. We were able to get 2 new roofs, for the house and barn. The crew arrived a on time and completed the job in 2 days. They were respectful and great to work with. They left the entire area clean. I highly recommend them.

  Did a fantastic job. Very clean and professional. Didn’t play music all day annoying the neighbors like past roofers. They installed using a chalk line too so everything is straight. My last roofers didn’t do that.

  Construction solutions. Quality versus price there is no comparison. The quality of work, and the pricing is amazing. A great team came out and installed Seamless gutters plus they had many colors to choose from and they are professional and courteous. Thank you

  Happy with the results and the efficiency of the crew. Took only 7.5 hours from start to finish removal of old roof too brand new shingle roof. Michael, my sales rep will make your experience honest, joyful and simple
