  They might do good work, I don't know. I did just see some of their employees (in uniform) drinking whiskey straight a 2:53 in the afternoon. Hire at your own risk. Updated... I don't know if I'd call it networking with like minded individuals. I'd call it drinking whiskey in the afternoon with friends and then got in your vehicle and left. Which is right across from an elementary school by the way. Very unprofessional.

  Justin, this review is completely false and lacks context. You saw the owners of the company at a local business enjoying a complimentary drink and networking with other business minded individuals. Your review implies that our employees drink on the job which is false.

  Sending me spam texts at 11pm! I never reached out to this company nor did I request an unsolicited sales text. I’m not sure how they got my phone number but I do not appreciate the questionable business practices!

It is possible that someone was impersonating our company or maybe it was a different company with a similar name to ours.   Shamed me and my mother for not having a larger house and called it a dump. I'm very unhappy with their work not to mention they didn't even finish the work either and I had to hire another company to not only finish their work but fix their mistakes. Lastly I still had to pay these people $3,000 for basically nothing.. I will not be using this company ever again

  This is a fake review by someone who we’ve never done business with. Our employees are respectful individuals who work hard to put a roof over their own heads, we would never disrespect or shame one of our customers. Marley, we assume you left this review because you drove past our yard on Interstate 10 and saw our TRUMP 2024 sign and it triggered you. If you have receipts or a roofing contract for this $3,000 repair you claim we did, please share them. You can’t because we’ve never worked with you. Failure to delete this fake review will result in legal action against you for defamation and slander.

  Violated clearly posted neighborhood rules. Pounding on glass doors rather than using a doorbell. Completely unprofessional behavior.

  I called Roof Pros after we discovered a leak in our roof. Cullen came out the very next morning and was so helpful...he took the time to answer all of our questions and came up with an affordable solution. He went over and above... We've found our roofing professionals going forward!

  Roofpros installed a new roof on my home about 3 years ago. It's gorgeous. Recent rain showed a leak in the bathroom skylite. I called and Jacob made time for me between jobs. Turns out it was not the roof but the seal around the skylite. He showed me pictures and gave me options. Then he sealed the leak for no charge. Good to know we still have neighbors like that.

  Jacob collen are amazing! They are super helpful and made the roof selling process very easy for me to understand! Would highly recommend their customer service is top notch!

  I would highly recommend this company for the following reasons: 1) The 17-year-old roof on my house needed to be replaced and Viking was referred from another customer. Within a week of being contacted, the new roof was in place. The price paid was comparable with other trusted well-established companies. 2) There has only been one small weather-related issue which was quickly fixed by Viking within a week of being called. The cost to me was $0 as it was a warranty repair. 3) This past month, my new insurance company required a roof inspection. Again, Viking was able to come out within a week, did the inspection and had the report ready for me. Matt, the inspector, also took extensive pictures and wrote out a very detailed report. This report was approved by the insurance company. 4) The 2 employees I’ve spoken with, Alexa the receptionist and Matt the inspector, have been professional, courteous, trustworthy and informative. They haven't tried to upsell anything and are easy to get in contact with. I’ve even sent text messages after business hours and have gotten responses within an hour. My current home is the 5th fixer-upper home I’ve owned and one of the few times I actually feel like I’ve found an honest and reliable contractor. I have no qualms or reservations about referring Viking to anyone, family and close friends included.

  Noticed a few torn/missing shingles and called Roof Pros on Monday before rain was due that week. Cullen came over right next morning, assessed damage and quoted repairs. He was able to repair the damage the same day! Great service and very professional interactions.

  Roof Pros was excellent. The owner, Cullen, came out personally to meet for the business with a very professional presentation, materials, and a matter of fact friendly pitch. He was not high pressure and not overly sales like. He got the contract to me very quickly that outlined exactly what was being done, at what price, and warranty information. They also provided high quality materials and included a steel solar powered attic fan. The bid was also very competitive. The work was scheduled in a very timely manner on the day I wanted so I could be at home to keep my dog calm. The crew chief, Richard introduced himself the day of, and helped me clear some nails on the tarps they put down when I wanted to take my dog out for a walk. They had a full crew that was super efficient, started at 7 AM sharp, and to my surprise, were done just before 1 PM. Cullen met with me right after to ensure satisfaction and address next steps, and he even helped me adjust the position of my patio bar even though his leg was hurting him. I am very pleased with the Roof Pros, and the entire experience! I highly recommend them. My sister and I manage several properties for our mom, and I can not see why we wouldn’t use Roof Pros again. Do yourself a favor and get a quote!

  Jacob was wonderful to work with! He answered on a weekend, and then showed up ready to work on Monday morning. He was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed and solved our problems. He also went above and beyond and we will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you!

  Cullen and crew get it done. - I had Cullen come out to inspect my roof. He identified and documented damage I didn't know was there. After I contacted and scheduled my insurance adjuster, Cullen came out and walked the roof with he & his third-party inspector; all seeing and verifying the same damage. Needless to say, I scheduled Roof Pros as soon as I had approval from insurance. It took only nine days to schedule, have the gutter crew survey, have the roof replaced, and then gutters installed. - The amazing part (commented on by several neighbors) was having the roofing itself removed and installed in only ONE day! Quality materials, quality workmanship, timely action, and excellent customer service. - I would have no reservation using Roof Pros of Boerne again.

  Best roofers ever. Arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Excellent customer service. Extra care taken to protect our property by spreading tarps all around the house, covering ac unit, covering the deck and moving any furniture away from the house to avoid any damage. Entire crew worked non stop and no mess left behind. Entire area left clean. Jacob clearly explained all details and was always available. highly recommend

  I have been working with Roof Pros in trying to get my damaged roof replaced. They have been very good at walking me through the insurance process and helping me to understand different avenues that I have after insurance denied my claim. Jacob and his team have even patched my roof to prevent further damage while we work through the claim. They really exemplify the "servant's heart" mentality that is missing in many businesses today.
