  Extremely unprofessional, lousy work, very hard to reach the person-in-charge, they sent Mexican to do the work without follow up, and the roof ends up leaking again, don't use them

  Update: Ryan Chan owns Shims fitness in Singapore. As well as a predatory business marketing company. His company 1 star reviews many companies like ours then markets services that remove the negative review and add many fraudulent 5 stars for a fee. I have requested many times to #google to have fraudulent review removed. But somehow he is still able to keep on with this Sham. Google how can somebody review a service company in the US, for a roof repair in the US, and that person not own a property in the US. He lives in SINGAPORE!!!! Original response to review: It appears you may have reviewed the wrong company. Our company takes our customer service and reviews very seriously. After an exhaustive multi-day search we have no record of anyone by your name in our work logs, accounting program, or estimate scheduling software. As we feel your review is in error, we would like to speak with you for verification and correct any problems.   Pat Leatherwood cane by to check for a leak on my roof. He didn’t find one but gave advice on what it could be. No charge and no pressure to replace my old roof. Amazing customer service which is a rarity these days. Will absolutely use him when the time comes to replace roof

  Working with Kyle, Patrick, and the team of roofers that replaced our roof- damaged by a late June storm-- was fantastic. They were professional, quick to respond, ready to answer questions at any time, and went out of their way to be sure our job was done properly. We will definitely be calling them again for other properties.
