  Called to get a roof repair. Representative said they were backed up 6-8 weeks. Can’t let a roof issue wait 2 months!

  Absolutely would not recommend. They came out and gave us the lowest estimate for roof repairs but 2.5 weeks later, nobody has called me to schedule. Requested a copy of their insurance certificate multiple times but still haven't received one. Finally managed to get a hold of their project manager but suddenly our signed estimate didn't include additional work that needs to be done. They couldn't even find the signed estimate! They wasted 2.5 weeks of time for absolutely nothing

  Had 2 holes patched, squirrels were getting in. Took awhile for a day to be found for the work, and required 2 visits, but generally was hassle-free.

  We are very pleased to with the work that Roof One did. The workmen were professional, polite and knowledgeable. In addition the cleanup after the roof installation was remarkable. Everything was so clean and we were extremely impressed.

  Roof One did an excellent job on our roof. A tree limb had punched a hole in the roof. Roof One came out the day I called, did a temporary repair to seal the roof, then sent a crew to do a permanent repair a week later.

  I needed to replace my old roof after 26 years and contacted Roof One plus 2 other roofing contractors. Roof One's quotation was complete and very competatively priced. They worked with me to adjust their quote to meet my specific needs. Their reviews and credit rating were great. I was impressed by the professionalism of all the team members and they did a great installation during some hot days. I only have good things to say about the entire process. I would not hesitate to use them again.
