  We called roof Max, a gentleman named Mike lach came to our house to assess our roof. He seemed like he was knowledgeable however, he engaged in a series of contradictory statements regarding our roof. In essence, he informed me that he would consult with his team and provide us with an estimate. despite this promise, I have not received any communication from him. No text messages emails or phone calls have been exchanged. It has been nearly 2 weeks since he visited our home if I was able to give him no stars, I would.

The reason you did not receive your estimate was there were questions regarding gutter services on your home as well as an additional detached garage that needed to be quoted. As per company policy, Mike wanted to consult with our production department before submitting an estimate. The reason you did not receive a call. text or email is we didn't have your contact information only your husband Craig's contact information. We left multiple voicemails on your husbands number with no reply. The last message we left was 2 hours before you posted this review. We were attempting to let you know that we were not going to service your gutters as we did not want to void any warranty you may have through the gutter protection company.   Terrible..This product was used in my community,eventually we had to sue. This was years ago I believe it was under a different name but same product.

  Joe was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my concerns. Salvador was thorough with the installation of my new roof fan and application of the Roof Maxx formula. Work was completed in a timely manner and I would recommend without reservation Roof Maxx of Marlboro.

  Just had my second roof treatment. The first treatment, 5 years ago, improved the look of my roof so much that I figured another application will continue to extend it's life. Joe has been great to work with as well. I'm a Realtor and have referred a few clients who are also happy with their results.

  Roof Maxx of Marlboro was prompt in coming over for an estimate and review as well as doing the work. The techs examined the roof, cleaned and made nescessary repairs prior to spraying on the protective material.
