  WARNING!!!! Do not think of using this company unless you want to have a warranty that they will never stand by or ever call you back oh and Tony the phone answer is real good at BS he needs a reward or gets paid very good to tell you Bs . Ken thanks for the call back but you guys had no problem taken my money and now that I have a leak from the job you did not even a call from this company after 3 week. And on top of everything else you charged me for 16 pieces of plywood replacement and my fault I trusted the truth but I count it now and it was only 12 used and 2 were included in price so they got me with that at 180 dollars a sheet. So they are no good and dont need to be used there are better honest companies out there you can go with .SKIP THEM BEFORE YOU MAKE THE BIG MISTAKE!!!!

  Pay attention to your paper work carefully regarding your warranty. Over a year since the job was completed and I still do not have my proper warranty paperwork. I keep being told it’s being taken care of , with no clear updates. Also Goodluck getting the referal money out of them , they will keep telling you it’s being discussed.

  Initially I wasn’t going to leave a review but after giving it a bit more thought, I decided to acknowledge my experience with this company (specifically Sean). I reached out to inquire about exterior work I wanted to have done to my home which was a pretty extensive renovation(18 new windows, new front door, closing in a carport roof, and James Hardie siding). I outlined this in my initial inquiry and also discussed in further detail with Sean during the follow up call to schedule our consultation. He seemed especially helpful, friendly, and clear on the scope of work I was looking to have done. Fast forward to the day he arrived for his consultation and his disposition and attitude completely changed when I opened the door. He was rude and condescending. Within two minutes of the consultation he outright asked me if I could afford the work wanted done and if I was aware of what my wants would cost. Although, put off by his line of questioning I gave him grace and explained; he’s not my first consult for exterior work and I have thoroughly done my research regarding average costs for what I was looking to have done. The consultation went on for about another 10 minutes or so in which he continued to question what I can afford. It was at this point I realized I no longer cared to consider this company for potential business. I cut the consultation short and excused myself. Unfortunate but thankful to experience his blatant ignorance and prejudice early in the process. I did proceed with another company and my home turned out better than I could’ve ever imagined.

  Edit: The roof starting leaking a bit after the work was completed. A call was placed and spoke with Ken a representative of the company and was told that hew would send someone over to take a look. It never happened. Called the company …

  I had a great experience working with Sean !! He is very experienced and gave really professional advice throughout the whole process. He was also very patient in explaining all the details and answering my questions. He came to my house twice to provide quotes and made sure everything was clear before I made any decisions. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable compared to others I checked. If you’re looking for a company with honest pricing and reliable service to replace your windows, Exterior Improvements is definitely a top choice.

  Ken and his crew at Exterior Improvements absolutely crushed it on our roof in Spotswood. From start to finish, the whole experience was top-notch. Ken’s customer service was aces — incredibly responsive, very transparent about everything, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the quality of the work was excellent. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The pricing was very reasonable, and Ken was upfront and honest the entire time, which is something you don’t always find with contractors. If you’re looking for roofing work or exterior projects done right, Ken and the crew at Exterior Improvements are one of the best teams around. Awesome to work with and I’d recommend them to anyone in Spotswood or the surrounding area.
