  I'll start by saying this entire project unfortunately was a huge disappointment from start to finish. Even on the Saturday during the project itself I found myself having to make callouts to the production team over and over again. From the window trimming after the window team had left and had to be called back, to the shutters being placed in a black trash bag and had to remind them that those are being put back up, to the gutter poles that were taken down and all the trash placed on top of them almost bending them and so I had to tell them those are also being placed back up, etc etc...it's almost like they need some type of preplanning on their end the day before or night before to get everyone including the production team on the same page. Thank God I was there the entire day with them because if not I can't imagine what this project would have turned out into. Nonetheless it's over and huge lesson learned. Even now several days after I'm finding things that could definitely have been done better like the capping around the windows are not even fully sealed. Just so disappointed! Once the job was done they were only interested in getting paid the last payment. No walkthrough, no checking with the customer how the job went. I also received multiple text messages to ensure I pay them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  The only reason I am leaving one star is because it won’t let me leave anything less. I just had a man in one of their company trucks come into my driveway and try to break into my vehicles. I can’t trust them driving around. How could you trust them on your roof? Meanwhile, have it all on camera. Absolutely disgusting. At 11 pm on a Sunday night!

  I recently had work done with this company and it was not a good experience. Although I like the way my home looks here is a list of some of the issues I had with this company: 1. Was told my job would start the following week after I signed the contract in April, the job was started in June. 2. There was NO COMMUNICATION at all as to why there was a delay and I had to send a nasty text for someone to get back to me. 3. They subcontract their jobs and although there is someone in charge, there is no quality control with their job. You as the customer must check their work and complain to the scheduler or salesperson to get it resolved, while hoping someone will actually get back to you. (The customer should not have to do that) 3. Once the job is done they are only interested in picking up the last payment. No walkthrough, no checking with the customer how the job went. But you will receive multiple calls and text messages to ensure you pay them, even after the check has been picked up! 5. I asked them to cover some central AC hoses, I bought the covers as they do not offer you any solutions, the subcontractors were sent and asked me for an additional cash payment to do the work, Prestige never told me that. The subcontractors backed off when they saw someone from Prestige come to my house and pick up the last check. 6. I specified that my gutters needed covers as I live surrounded by trees, my gutters were installed with no leaf guards. 7. I have called regarding this issue and another question I had and I have not received a response, it’s been almost a month now! Would I use them again? Definitely a big NO!!! I have never experienced anything like it. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

  The team at Prestige were great. They are quick to respond to my inquiries and schedule a time to come see what the problem was and install my new roof. I have used them to repair leaks in the past and am extremely happy to have them replace my new roof.

  Prestige works was very detailed oriented. Very knowledgeable of every aspect of the job. Very efficient quality work. Cleaned up the property nicely. They put in 2 new skylights. They also did ridgevents and replaced all the gutter guards. They also cleaned up the property. Highly recommend.

  Prestige Works is very professional company. From beginning to end, the staff paid attention to detail and explained every step of the process . I was given choices and different options in picking out the siding I wanted and the options for financing that made it affordable to go ahead with the project.
