Ads say they do repairs, but they say they only do replacements.

  Reply from the business

Chuck - This is incorrect. We have completed more than 500 repairs year to date. Our records indicate that you reached out to us through our website with a request to contact you regarding damage to your roof. In that request you indicated that your house suffered damage from a tree falling on it. Our team promptly reached out to you and was unable to speak with you to clarify but we left a message explaining that if there is structural damage that we are unlikely able to help as we do not specialize in carpentry/structural work only roofing. To date we have not received any communication from you since the message we left. If you would like to speak with me Ryan (Owner) regarding your project we would be happy to discuss. 609-901-0123. Please note that we take great pride in responding and helping customers as quickly as possible as long as our team is capable of doing the work.

We used Elegant Exteriors for a brand new roof a few years ago. I'm a pretty good researcher and looked at 3 highly rated companies. We picked Elegant Exteriors because the owner, Ryan Stillwell, was such a easy going, honest business man. Out of 3 quotes, Elegant was in the middle. But here's the best. As seniors, we are getting ready to sell our home and wanted our gutters inspected. They were happy to help and we trusted them. I promise, you can't go wrong with Elegant Exteriors. Matthew and Brianna are also part of the team and the best!

I always feel like it is a challenge to find a contractor who honest, shows up, and is reasonably priced. I had a small job from storm damage and they did not hesitate to come look at it and gave me a reasonable price to fix the damage. The project was done in a timely manner and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

Ryan and his team are some of the best! We previously used them for a roof replacement in our last house and knew we could trust them to help us replace an attic fan issue in our new house. They were at our house within a week and replaced the attic fan quickly! Next roof replacement Ryan is on speed dial!

I waited until we got some rain to see how well the gutters worked. We got the ultimate test when we got close to 5 inches of rain in one day last week. The gutters did a great job and I was very pleased with the results. In addition, the new gutters really improved the appearance of our home.

Lance - Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! Glad we delivered upon your expectations and thrilled that you are happy with the way the gutters look. We're here if you need us!
