  I paid to fix the chimney on the roof, I can not believe, very bad work, they put silicone and never fixed. I have a water leak every time it rains, you have to be honest I paid for the copper material and you put aluminum

  Sir your chimney is not leaking. It’s the hip of the roof that is. We came to fix it at no charge!

  I was happy with this company until they stopped returning my calls about my new steps cracking and separating from my foundation. I have chunks of cement coming off the top platform of my steps, and part of the landing is pitted and crumbling. I called them and I was told it would be six weeks before they could come out. It is now almost 5 months and still no call back. Very disappointed and disgusted. Next step is BBB and talking to a legal adviser. I gave them every opportunity to make this right but they don't seem interested. UPDATE: I received a call from them very quickly this morning, not sure if it was because of this post or not, but they were very apologetic, and are coming out to look at the problem and see what needs to be done. I will repost when I have some answers, but was very glad to get a call. Did not have any complaints before this.

  First things first Frank and his crew. TOP NOTCH, worked was done efficiently and with professionalism. My roof looks amazing and already noticing the difference in the attic and garage. Frank was usually on site and making sure we were satisfied. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PRICE. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

  Frank did a wonderful job on my roof repair. He found the source of the leak and repaired 2 ventilation pipes and surrounding shingles. It even started to drizzle after he started, but he still completed the job. His price was also lower than 2 other contractors I called. I highly recommend him!

  We highly recommend Vinny and his roofing team. Vinny, the owner, truly went above and beyond to help us with our roof. We had a difficult and frustrating leak situation, and he was extremely responsive, reliable, and committed to finding the source of the problem and getting it fixed properly. What impressed us most was how much Vinny genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He personally followed up, came back when additional attention was needed, and didn’t simply walk away once the initial work was completed. He took the time to address our concerns and made sure we felt supported throughout the process. It’s rare to find a contractor who stands behind his work and puts this much effort into helping a customer. We are very grateful to Vinny for going above and beyond, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a roofer who is dependable, professional, and truly cares about his customers.

  My house gutters were damaged by downed trees by the storms two weeks ago. Called several contractors for estimate. They either gave me high numbers or put my project in a long waiting queue while I wanted my gutters to be fixed ASAP as we are in a rainy season. Luckily I found Direct Call from the internet and gave them a call for an estimate. They quickly came over to inspect the damages, gave me a reasonable price and finished the repairs all within one week (job completed today Aug 4). The project was done beautifully and I’m very grateful. My family now are relieved we don’t have to worry about the coming rainy days.

  We had a wonderful experience getting a quote on our roof replacement here in New Jersey. We needed to identify a couple of leaks coming through the ceiling and some areas that needed to be replaced. They were thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.
