  I used this company to fix my chimney for water damage. They told me their work will last 5 years, with a signed 5 year warranty. My chimney began to leak inside and filled with water within one week of the completed job. I contacted this company multiple times and it seems they are bothered and don’t seem to want to repair the damage. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Also, one of the technicians came into my home upset, bothered, and argumentative. As a single, Black female, I felt very uncomfortable with his combative tone. The water damage that happened within one week of repairs.

  DON'T USE THEM. Super unprofessional, I had to get an estimate for a skylight replacement, scheduled them 2 days in advance and the guy bailed last minute, after I scheduled the brokers and the home owner it was pretty hard to justify another date, who said if they'll show or do it again. Stay away. -1 stars!

  I used this business to replaced my front steps, they did poorly job, they damaged they damaged the siding leaving big holes on it, their details are horrible, they told me that they will coming back to finish the job but they never did, I have to paid another company to finished, oles on my siding

  3 times made an appointment and was a no show. Did not call me to let me know in advance and wasted my day off. Im sure their work quality might be good but I did not know it would be this hard to give someone my money.

  After several disappointing experiences with contractors over the years, we were very happy to finally find a team we could trust. We hired Bess and his team from Top Pro for several major projects, including replacing windows in two bedrooms, repairing a rotted window frame and surrounding wall, renovating our bathroom, and installing new hardwood floors throughout our home, including the stairs. From the beginning, they were professional, reliable, and respectful of our home. When replacing the windows, they carefully covered the floors to prevent damage and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each workday. They consistently arrived as scheduled and followed through on their commitments. The quality of their work was excellent. Bess and his team, in particular Segundo, take pride in what they do and often provided thoughtful suggestions that improved the final results. For example, they suggested using leftover floor tiles as bathroom baseboard trim instead of standard molding, which made a big difference in the finished look. They also recommended updating the bedroom lighting, and the new fixtures completely transformed the rooms. Their recommendations were never pushy—they simply shared their professional opinions and allowed us to make the decisions. What impressed us most was their willingness to stand behind their work. After the new bathroom faucet was installed, we discovered that it was defective and the water remained cold even when adjusted to the hot setting. Once we purchased a replacement faucet, they returned and reinstalled it at no charge, even though the issue was with the product and not their workmanship. They also redid the bathroom floor grout after some areas began to come loose, removing all of the old grout and regrouting the entire floor rather than just patching the problem areas. Their commitment to making sure everything was done properly gave us great confidence. They were also incredibly understanding and flexible. Our hardwood floor
