  Jay, we’re genuinely sorry you received unwanted text messages. We completely understand how frustrating that is. However, Roof King & Restoration is not sending unsolicited marketing texts, and we have no record of contacting you. This is the third review we’ve received recently making the same claim, which has us seriously concerned that someone may be impersonating our company or using our name in bad faith to damage our reputation. Is there anyway you would please email a screenshot of the message, including the phone number it came from, to info@roofkingco.com? That information would allow us to investigate immediately and take the appropriate action. Since theses messages did not originate from our company, and rather it seems someone is impersonating us we would sincerely appreciate you removing the review while we work to determine who is responsible for these texts. We take this very seriously and truly appreciate your help getting to the bottom of it. It's is extremely disheartening hearing someone is doing this to our company which we have worked so hard at building a good reputation. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.   They hired us as a sub contractor and on our first job we agreed to 3,278. We finished job and we’re suppose to be paid the following Friday. Friday came and went and we didn’t get paid. They text me Friday night at 11pm and said your getting paid then no response after that for weeks. 3 weeks after due date they finally reply and now there’s problems with the job. My thought is if there was problems why not bring them up right when they came up not weeks later. At that point it just seems like an excuse to not pay. Either way I would never do business with them. They did end up paying 2,350 of the 3,278. Alex Bilinski that works there is a joke. I’ll make this post on every site/page that I can. For as long as it takes

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst mistake we ever made. Finally told them to leave after 10 months of empty promises and no actual remedy to the issues. Terrible costumer service. Zero accountability! More damage to our property than fixes possible. We will have issues for years to come bc of the mistake we made in allowing them on our property.

  *Update: One week after they left a response to my review (see below), I have still not heard from them after they promised to contact me "ASAP". I have not received any emails or voicemails regarding this issue. I was never looking for anything from this review - I left my review and moved on. They took the initiative to respond and ONCE AGAIN promise to deliver and ONCE AGAIN failed to even communicate. This was either to save face, or their idea of "ASAP" after blowing me off for a year is over a week. I don't know about you, but I don't know that I want to trust something on my home that is supposed to last over 20+ years with a company with these types of abysmal communication and business practices. Almost a full year to the day, and not only is my issue not fixed, but my roof is in worse shape than when I started. I contacted them on July 24, 2024 to look at an issue that I had with incorrect repair/flashing. It is where the gable of the porch meets the roof of the rest of the house, and a poor repair and missing flashing were allowing water to intrude above my porch ceiling. When I called, they said they would come out to take a look and also inspect the rest of the roof. When they inspected it, they said that there is minimal damage on the rest of my roof, but because of its age and possible storm damage they might be able to get my insurance to pay for a new roof. While I was really only looking for the repair, I thought why not? We made the claim and the roofing inspector from the insurance came to look at the roof. In the process, he broke a shingle off. I then was told that perhaps because the shingle was no longer available, they might be able to get the insurance to pay for it because of that. This was on August 7, 2024. They said they would look to see if they could match the broken shingle. It was radio silence until September 27, 2024 when I reached out and asked what was happening with the shingle (so my roof was missing this bottom shingle this

  Contracted with them late fall 2024 for tear out of old deck replacement of porch and balcony off master. Except for the porch steps lacking a railing which is not to code the build quality of both projects is excellent. My issues, coming as a resulting of time passing and entering wet season here, are around the fact they didn't remediate the drainage of the old set up after they destroyed the drainage in the tear out. Now every time it rains I have flooding in my back yard. They also didn't retack internet cabling and left a substantial amount of construction debris including screws and even an article of clothing.

  We had a huge hail storm and felt sure we had roof damage. A few days later Bruce reached out to me and promptly came out to inspect our roof. He advised us about what our roof looked like and took pictures so we could see for ourselves. We checked reviews on this company and decided to go with them. Bruce handled the entire process. He was super quick about getting us on the installation schedule. There was only one minor issue which was that the work crew accidentally broke a screen in a window. But they promptly got it repaired. We had lots of questions about the process with insurance and Bruce was always there to answer our questions! I would definitely recommend them!
