Love these guys ,they are quick, efficient, and they communicated the whole job. My roof had a problem and they explained everything that needed to be done. Came in and completed the job on time and are very professional. Really enjoy the experience with this company, and Mr Ramirez.

This company did a great job. I had a few companies stop by, but these guys were different—they weren’t pushy. Instead, they took the time to educate me and explain both the pros and cons of my options. …

We contacted them to find and repair a leak in the church’s metal roof after multiple failed attempts to fix it ourselves. They quickly identified the issue and repaired it on the first inspection.

They have helped me with roof repairs multiple times and came and helped with Christmas lights at unbeatable prices! Cannot recommend this team more. Talk about a trustworthy company with great service, if I could give them more stars, I would!! Best roofing company you can find in the New Braunfels/San Antonio area.

Roof Improvement & Services did a great job. I wasn’t sure what services they offered, so I gave them a call. It turns out they do much more than roofing, including remodeling and exterior work. They absolutely nailed every project I hired them for. The quality of work, communication, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with this company and their team. Highly recommended!

After the first heavy rain in awhile there was an apparently roof leak. I got a few recommendations from FB post I made and this company had three people recommend them. I sent a message and received a quick response and they scheduled to come out first thing the next day. The submitted a bid by end of day for repairs where the other company lagged more than 24 hours before submitting a bid for the repair job. I had a few questions and the owner was very responsive and answered all my questions. They ran into a small issue and kept me up to date. The repair cost was reasonable and done in a timely manner. I will be using them again, if the neee arises.
