Not happy for job done. Something loose on metal plates and when it is windy lot of noise in bedroom and hard to sleep. Call them/ text /email them and no reply. I feel very disappointed as they say roof for life when you sign contract and not provide service even after 3/4 month as soon as i find issue with roofing.

Hi Harman, we have sent out our repair crew to your house a number of times, and were not able to figure out what the issue is. After consulting with our foreman we concluded that the issue is not with the roofing panels. Most likely the problem might be with the flap on the exhaust vent, and because you live in an extremely windy area, the high winds cause the exhaust vent flap to make more noise than usual. Regardless, we will send someone to see if we can fix the issue with the vent. Thanks! Roof For Life Inc.

The company Roof For Life has poor customer service, and has a poor roof design. They use battens and a European tile design of the roof. That leaves gaps along the eave - the length of the house and the valleys of the dormers that allow squirrels to take residence between the metal roof and the old roof. I have contacted them only for them to deny that they installed the roof and then became unresponsive after I showed them on their own website that they did. They have since removed my house from their list of projects in the GTA. It has been a terrible experience. If you are looking at a metal roof - do yourself a favour and find another roofer with a batten free design and do not use Roof For Life. They deny responsibility. If they offer a solution, I'll change my review accordingly.

Roof for Life was very understanding and patient throughout the entire process. I had to delay the work several times due to issues with my home insurance claim being denied, but Mr. Andrew M. was incredibly accommodating and supportive. I'm very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend to anyone needing quality and reliable roofing work.
