Called Fabio and fixed an appointment for the next day, which was 11 am. Didn't show up until 11:45 am, that's when I called. He said he got stuck in a job but he can come down at 2 pm instead. I thought he should have called to let me know. At 2:15 pm, I received a text message saying he is 45 minutes away. He showed up at 3 pm. The whole talk did not take more than 10 minutes. He looked like he was in a rush with the car running while someone in it. As I was asking questions, he was already halfway through his estimate. I received 4 quotes for the exact work he will be doing but his was almost double. I mentioned to him that he just finished a roofing job for a friend who referred him to me. I know her house area was similar to mine and paid almost half what he quoted me. He said my roof was very steep. I know it's steep and all other contractors mentioned this to me but none tried to charge me double the price. I believe he did not want to do the job. I can't comment on his quality of product or labour.

Roof shingles were installed Fabio lied to me about the rap that he was going to do on the roof he’s a fast talker poor job around skylight water damage when I asked Fabio he said he did not care and it’s my problem did not give me insurance information don’t know if he has it you’re better off spending a little bit more money and getting the right job done would not recommend him after all it’s a $2 million house just to warn the public I will see him in court

He was there when I needed him. Shingles flew off, it was raining that week. I called him , he came to check the damages. UNLIKE others who kept pushing me around. Next day he came and got it done at 8:00 am. Not sure if his cost was reasonable or not, but he was there when I needed him. That matters.

We recently had our roof repaired and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They completed the work efficiently, kept the job site clean, and the quality of the repair was excellent. It’s reassuring to know the job was done right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality roofing services. Thank you Fabio.

Olympia crew is very professional. They changed my house roof vents (7) and replaced missing and damaged shingles, covered exposed nails with caulking in less than an hour. The price was extremely generous and service quality was excellent. I would recommend them for any roof work. I am very grateful for their service.

We had a leak through our roof during the last rain storm and Olympia Roofing came out promptly and repaired the roof within a few days. They were pleasant, answered all questions and performed great work. I would certainly call them again should the need arise.

Olympia Inc. have just completed a full replacement of our house roof shingles. The work was completed right on schedule, very promptly and of excellent quality. They showed a good attention to detail, including the cleanup after the work completion. The price was reasonable and competitive. The company owner Fabio was great to deal with from the beginning to the end of the job. We recommend them highly for any roofing job, they are the tops in our experience!
