Rain Safe Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Rain Safe Roofing.

Their website clearly states: “Yes! Rain Safe Roofing offers free roofing estimates for roof repairs, replacements, and new installations. Contact our team today to schedule your free estimate and get expert advice on the best solution to protect your home.” However, when I reached out, I was told there would be a $75 charge just to get an estimate on roofing repairs. This was not mentioned upfront and contradicts what is advertised. They also pushed to do both the estimate and the repair on the same day, which felt rushed and did not give me enough time to properly consider my options.

Hi Rich, we are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Although you did not proceed to get work done by Rain Safe Roofing, we did speak in detail over the phone offering you immediate service and explained in detail a rough estimate on what a repair would cost on both the low and high end. We do happily offer free estimates on roof repairs and replacements. We provide free estimates over the phone to the best of our ability, which we did do in this situation. However, as mentioned, having a technician sent to your home to complete a full roof assessment does have a cost associated, which is waived if you decide to proceed with the recommended repair, which was also discussed. We apologize if you felt rushed to make a decision, we offered immediate service to you as we understand the severity of the damage water can cause.

Andrew did some work on my roof and was very pleased with his service. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and clearly explain his recommendations. His quote was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Andrew for any roofing work—he is knowledgeable, reliable, and great to work with.

Andrew was very prompt in responding to our online query. He inspected the roof with his drone and followed that up with physical inspection. He did the essential repairs and provided a long term solution too.

Andrew came over to my place to diagnose water leaked from the roof after a storm. He was very professional, provided a few options and advised what would make sense given the situation. He was very honest and the work done exceeded the expectations. I would absolutely contact Andrew again and I recommend him to other home owners.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an emergency roof leak after a severe rainstorm, and I couldn't be happier with the service from Rain Safe Roofing. From the very beginning, Andrew kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was excellent, he was honest about what they were finding, and he made sure I knew exactly what to expect throughout the process. A huge thank you to Enrique and Agustin as well. They were professional, respectful, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of rushing to a temporary fix. They removed the shingles, identified the source of the leak, replaced the damaged roof decking, installed new underlayment, and completed the repair the very next day. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they left the site clean when they were finished. It's clear they take pride in doing the job right. If you're looking for a roofing company that values communication, quality workmanship, and customer service, I highly recommend Rain Safe Roofing. Thank you, Andrew, Enrique, and Agustin, for making a stressful situation easy to deal with.

Why Roof Leaks Are More Common in April (And What to Watch For) April brings frequent rain across Mississauga, Oakville, and the GTA, and that’s when hidden roofing issues start to show up. Many roof leaks aren’t caused by one big problem, but by small issues that worsen over time, especially with repeated rain. Common causes of roof leaks in spring: • Cracked or missing shingles from winter damage • Worn flashing around chimneys, vents, and skylights • Clogged gutters causing water backup • Ice dam damage that wasn’t visible during winter Early warning signs homeowners should look for: • Water stains on ceilings or walls • Damp attic insulation • Dripping during or after rainfall • Musty smells in upper floors Catching these issues early can prevent major interior damage and costly repairs. If you’re unsure about the condition of your roof after the winter season, a professional inspection can help identify problems before they get worse. Rain Safe Roofing provides roof inspections and leak repairs across Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, and surrounding areas. 📞 Contact us today to book an inspection and keep your home protected this springApr 15, 2026
