Horrible customer service. The roofer canceled three times. The first time was because of the weather, the second time was because of the complications from the job site, and a week later, they contact me they can't come over because they don't do service in the area.

Nailed It did a great job replacing the entire roof and insulation in just one day—and it’s not a small roof, either. They finished at 9:30 PM, and all the workers were polite and respectful throughout. I forgot to include insulation for a small section of the house (my fault!), but it was no problem at all—they came back the next day to complete it. We gathered multiple quotes, but Martin was the only salesperson who focused on detailing what they could do for us rather than trashing the competition. When he learned we had a leak, Martin immediately contacted Khazin, who arrived within a few hours to tarp it until our re-shingling was scheduled. The only area for improvement would be paying a bit more attention to final cleanup. Otherwise, I strongly recommend Nailed It. Thanks, Martin and Khazin!

Martin was honest, quick and efficient with the estimate and follow up. The crew was punctual and clean, and by the time I got home, you’d have never known they were there. I appreciated that, and so did my neighbours.

Literally the most professional customer, conscientious articulate and precise roofing company that gives customers exactly what they asked for what they need and there’s no hidden agenda. They are just a fantastic company that cares about people and I cannot say enough about how amazing they are if you want it done right I would use this company they’re fantastical.

Super happy with how fast the roof of my townhouse was replaced. Everything from the initial sales consultation with Martin Rekus to the actual roof installation and the clean-up afterward was super thorough and professional. Couldn't be any happier with the finished product; you really get what you pay for.
