We had a back leak in the winter and in the summer had two companies come to check out the roof and give us a quote on the work. Real Blue was significantly less expensive than the other quote we obtained, and their estimate provided a very detailed breakdown of costs, giving us confidence about the nature of the work. Once we decided to go with Real Blue, it was easy to set up a time for them to come and complete the work. There were a few instances where communication with the team was a bit challenging - they are very accessible, but sometimes I think there were too many people monitoring email or text, so I would get different messages in relation to the same issue. But they came on time, did the work, left no mess on the driveway and sent us pictures of the completed job along with the invoice. We obviously haven't had a chance to "test" the roof over the winter, but we are really pleased with the service we got from Real Blue and would certainly use them again.
