The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Roof Doctor. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I needed a leak repair around a chimney flashing and called Tim to do the repair. After he arrived he discovered the chimney collar had moved and it simply needed a new bead of silicone for the repair. He said it was a 3 minute job and he wasn’t going to charge me for it until I insisted he take some money for the job. A super positive experience.

He repaired my roof twice. The second time around took quite a while because he was so busy around town. The portion he repaired some of it was blown the next day so he promised to fix it again. It's like having a warranty because he …

The big rain on June 27th brought leaks into the upstairs ceiling of my home. I found Tim’s information on line and called him in the early morning hours. He was at my house shortly after 7am, diagnosed the problem and made the complicated repairs as soon as it was safe to do so. I did wonder if my older shingles needed replacing but Tim reassured me they were still in good shape and had another 5 to seven years in them. Tim is knowledgeable, responsive and reliable. He gave good guidance every step of the way and I could not have asked for better help in this very stressful situation. Roof Doctor gets five stars from me!

Tim from Roof Doctor visited my house today to fix a leak on one side of the roof and replace some missing shingles on the other. While it’s hard to know someone completely from a single meeting, my experience with him today was truly …

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roof Doctor. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
