  Dont contact them unless you're looking to get all new gutters. Asked for them to give me a quote to repair my existing gutters and install leaf guard. They ignored the details I gave them when I inquired about the quote. They then give me a quote to replace the whole thing. Then tell me they cant install leaf guards on 4" gutters only 5". Quick Google search shows multiple suppliers of 4" guards. They just dont want your business unless youre willing to spend money on a full replacement.

  Extremely disappointed with the professionalism displayed by this crew. One of the workers from Mex Roofing did a burnout while swinging into a residential driveway in our neighbourhood early in the morning. People live here, walk their dogs, work shift work, and expect a basic level of respect and professionalism from contractors operating in the area. To make matters worse, multiple neighbours have now shared concerns about inappropriate behaviour from workers, including yelling and whistling at women walking by. That kind of conduct is unacceptable anywhere, let alone in a residential neighbourhood where families live. I also found it concerning that the worker involved got out of the truck wearing pyjamas, which did little to inspire confidence in the professionalism or standards of the company. Mistakes happen, but professionalism, respect for the community, and accountability matter. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company.

  The roof itself looks great and working with Jorge and Yvonne was very easy, but the team of folks that worked on the roof did not use a tarp or do any clean up. The roof was finished middle of Oct. 2025 and we have been cleaning up handfuls of staples (new & rusted), rusted nails, insulation, old pieces of shingles with rusted nails attached, rotted shards of wood, and loads of personal garbage like cigarette butts, plastic from cigarette packages, and food packaging. They used a tarp the first day of work but on the days after the tarp was not used garbage was thrown in our yard and our neighbours yards. We asked for someone to come back and clean but a minimal job was done and 6-7 months later I am still picking up rusty nails, staples and other dangerous materials daily. Which makes it unsafe for us to exist in our yard with our puppy. Attached are photos for reference

While we’re glad you were happy with the roof itself and found working with Jorge and Yvonne easy, we understand your concerns regarding the cleanup. We did try reaching out the same day this review was posted by calling both phone numbers we have on file, and we also attempted to contact you by email because we genuinely wanted to address this right away. With the snow only having melted shortly before your review, some debris may have only recently become visible. That said, we take concerns like this seriously, especially when safety is involved with pets and family. Please know this is not the experience we want any customer to have. We would still be happy to come out, do a thorough cleanup, and walk the property with you to make sure everything is properly addressed. Please feel free to reach back out to us anytime.

  Had a quote done by these guys was told 3 to 4 weeks they would be out gave us a decent quote 6 weeks went by and and no communication we reread the quote and it states it's only good for 30 days so we called to ask what was going on they gave some run around answers and stated they may be able to fit us in in 2 weeks but not guaranteed cancelled the order would not recommend as poor communication and do not keep time line if I could give a zero I would

  Overall, the guys that came and did the work were very respectful, they advised me on the work and did a good job getting the work looking great. The issue I had was with setting up a date and actually getting the work done and being informed of an actual date, was not good. I had to reach out and ask when the work was getting done and then constantly ask where the crew was, as they weren't able to make it on the day I was told. I had to take 2 days off work as the 1st day didn't work out. There was no communication unless I initiated it, which isn't how it should be. Very frustrating. Finally, for days after, I found large nails in various places around my house from the gutters taken out. Total of 9 nails. The 3 stars I'm giving are for the work, only.

  Decent price, done in two days with chimney removal. Looks great, excellent clean up. The quote was the same as the final price. No extra hidden fees. I had a great experience.

  I was recommended to Mex by a close friend who had a great experience with them last year. Moises came out and did my quote the same day I called. He was extremely professional and gave me a competitive quote same day. Their install team came ended up doing my roof a few weeks later and the final product is phenomenal. The install team was extremely thorough and the quality of work is fantastic with absolutely no corners cut. They cleaned up such that I wouldn't have known they were there and they even had a magnet broom and took the time to go through my lawn and the rocks/stones around the house to collect any nails that might have fallen. I am extremely pleased with their services from start to finish and would recommended them to family and friends.

  I had a great experience with Mex Roofing and Eavestroughing Inc.. Their team was fast, polite, and very professional. They finished the job on time and left the yard clean. I am very happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommended!

  There was some early wearing on a handful of shingles, and after sending MEX a picture they were in contact with the supplier and covered a whole new roof under warranty! Very nice employees to talk to and prompt with keeping you informed on the process. Plus, the roof looks great!

  The workmanship done on my home is outstanding 👌 👏 🙌 ✨️ The only thing holding me back from giving Mex Roofing 5 stars is the scheduling. I had to wait two weeks after my shingles were done before my soffit and fascia were done. The crew that did my shingles had to cut away some of the existing fascia in order to complete their job. This left an ugly strip where the old fascia was wide open and that's all I seen for two weeks. Tim and his crew who installed my shingles enjoyed their music. Although I thought it was a good selection of music; I have a personal care home beside me and the music was quite loud. I would suggest checking with the neighbors and homeowner before blasting the music. Overall, I am very pleased with the crews that came and would highly suggest Mex Roofing for all roofing needs.

  Prompt, efficient and excellent work repairing the fascia on my roof peak. Looks great! Like it's always been and is no longer an eye sore. Thanks again, guys!! Now I don't have to worry about birds, bugs or bats getting in there.
