  I know it’s a busy time of year for gutters, but 3 days without a callback? That should say something

  Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, Roof Crafters does not offer gutter services, and we don’t have a record of a missed callback for a gutter request. There may have been some confusion with another company. If you ever need assistance with your roof, we’d be glad to help.

  Many issues that delayed my job for a month. The main foreman on the job was not organized and did poor work. He was not knowledgeable in mountain style roofing. There was one good worker, Jose, that tried to fix the foreman's mistakes. I would not recommend this company.

  We are a tenant in our building(s) in Sparks, NV and the metal roof on the warehouse was leaking / showing signs of its age and possibly needing replacement. The owner of our buildings wasn't excited about the cost of replacing the roof and we weren't excited about the disruption to our operations while a new roof was to be installed... Enter Roof Crafters! The spray foam roof checked every box for us and the owner of our building. The overall cost was lower, the disruption to normal business operations was minimal and the result is outstanding. Thanks to Peter, Drew and the team at Roof Crafters for providing a solution to our multi faceted problems!! Would absolutely recommend Roof Crafters to anyone looking at roofing issues on their commercial building in the Reno / Sparks area.

  I had a concrete tile roof that was 40 years old that developed a leak. It would be almost as expensive to repair the leak as to get a new roof. Alex from Roof Crafters gave me a bid which I accepted after getting two other bids. I replaced the tile roof with an asphalt shingle roof (Owens Corning Duration Max) with a 10 year manufacturers workmanship warranty. I also had Owens Corning ice and water shield installed. The work was labor intensive, because of the removal of the tile. Samuel was the Forman and worker who was in charge of the project. He and his crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend Roof Crafters, Inc., especially Samuel and his crew.

  Roof Crafters. Alex and the Roof Crafters crew came to help me out before the winter set in from an already crazy weather pattern. I built a 16 by 12 ft shed with a barn style roof. I got her almost done except for the metal part of the roof. I called them at the end of November and they got it finished at the beginning of December. I know it wasn't a very big job but snuck me in and got it done during their busy schedule. Samuel and his crew were excellent Craftsman. Samuel asked me how I would like the roof crafted. I told him you're the artist you sculpt it. He did a beautiful job. I wouldn't change anything. I call him Samuel Angelo. He paid attention to detail. He put everything together symmetrically, the panels and all the screws. Beautiful and sculpted perfectly. His crew cleaned up every scrap including all the little tiny splinters. My yard never looked so clean. Excellent job Roof Crafters! I've been in the auto collision industry for over 40 years and I would hire Samuel and his crew in my shop everyday of the week and twice on Sundays. Great job guys! Big thanks

  Our HOA is over 35 years old and we needed all chimney caps on our homes to be inspected and repaired. We had a difficult time finding a company that would help us . We finally found Roof Crafters and they were on the ball from the start! Quick with inspection proposal, quick with inspection, thorough inspection provided, and worked with us and all our quirks to schedule and complete the project! Owners found them professional, courteous and friendly, and so did the Association! Samuel and his crew were fantastic, and kept us notified of progress. Pete at the office was awesome adjusting to our time schedule! Millcreek HOA looks forward to working with them again.

  I am very pleased with the service and installation of my metal roof on my pergola that is attached to my home. The job was expertly done from first contact to the last. Mr Salas and his crew were very easy to work with. The roof was completed just before a windy rainstorm blew in and I had no leaks so very pleased with Roof Crafters.
