I was promised the roof would be completed in three days, but it took almost two weeks. Communication was poor, and I had to keep calling for updates.

The workmanship was disappointing. There were loose shingles and exposed nails left around my property. I expected much better for the price I paid.

After the first heavy rain, I noticed water leaking into my attic. I contacted them several times, but it took weeks before anyone came to inspect it.

I didn’t know anything about roofs or replacing them, but I solicited eight bids from companies all over the Bay Area. I was very encouraged with many of the estimates and the companies, but Vincent at Roof City represented his company well, and I eventually went with them. I was so glad I did! They were accommodating, did a fantastic job, very communicative at every step of the way. And they were very efficient and timely. I highly recommend.
