  Solicits via unwanted text messages. There's enough spam in the world already - and trying to peddle your legitimate business this way immediately earns you a hard no. Edit: "We make every effort to communicate responsibly and include clear options out..." Yea. No. Communicating responsibly would not include soliciting people by text who have never interacted with you, using data that was improperly acquired in the first place. Your tactics are no less scummy than the people that knock on your front door to sell you something despite clear no soliciting signs being placed. The irony is, I'm taking bids for roof work - and I'd rather pay someone more who lets me reach out to them as opposed to ones that don't respect my right to privacy. Adios!

  Ken, you were right to call this out. After investigating, we confirmed that a third-party marketing agency working on our behalf sent you this message without your prior consent. My earlier response did not address that clearly, and I apologize. Although the message was sent by an outside agency, it was sent in our name, so the responsibility belongs to Cobex. We immediately stopped the campaign and terminated our relationship with the agency. We are also reviewing our vendor controls to prevent this from happening again.   A cobex truck hit me while I was attempting to cross the crosswalk. He was making a right turn. He stopped after but said it was my fault. His truck was sticking way out over the crosswalk line.

  We ordered our windows with Cobex in January and they still have not completed the job (It's June 20th!!) My husband will have to repair or replace the trim on the windows because the way the windows were "hacked out" left damage on most of the trim. Plus he will have to do clean up on the inside of our home because the way they were caulked in. We don't believe this is what was presented to us the night we signed our contract many months ago. Communication from has been almost non existent.We are disappointed.

  Cobex was not easy to work with. Although the project ultimately did get completed, the constant short-cuts, lack of communication, and job site cleanliness was seriously lacking. I had to constantly reach out for updates and constantly inspect the work. Several times I noticed quality concerns. Although the team did address the concerns, "First time right" is not a philosophy of the company. In the end, the project did get completed to a satisfactory level, but the entire process was a headache. I do NOT recommend this company.

  We hired Cobex because it had many good reviews but now we had a big doubt. We paid more than $50k for the new roof but the roof is still leaking. Now, they claimed they don't cover AC area. It's very disappointing.

The roof-related issue you reported was reviewed by our team and it looks like we resolved it by fixing the leak. During that process, a separate issue was identified related to the air conditioning area that was not due to our work on the roof. Since that issue was not caused by the work performed, it falls outside the scope of the coverage/warranty. We are committed to standing behind the work we perform and being transparent when an issue is unrelated to our installation.   I’ve been waiting for this company to complete the order and financing process that has taken more than 4 weeks with no response. The customer service is terrible. No turn around time in view. No transparency. Very bad business.

  Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to provide clarity for anyone reading this review. This project did not move forward because third-party financing approval was never completed. Financing through the Go Green program requires the applicant to submit specific documentation directly to the lender, and work cannot begin until approval is finalized. No work was performed, and the project was ultimately canceled after the customer chose to pursue another provider. We respect that decision and wish them the best moving forward.

  Terrible experience there was no project manager making sure things got done correctly, told the person who came out and gave me a quote I needed venting on my garage roof since it is finished inside, when the roof was installed I never got any type of venting installed when I confronted the representative from the company he acted confused that I didn’t have a conversation about what I wanted there is no quality control they send their installers an address they throw the roof on and that’s it no one making sure things are done correctly.

  In this industry, I rely on trust and they lost my trust. I had 2 small roof leaks. They sent someone out to inspect my roof. Overall, there were minimal issues and they said my roof was in great shape. Today I got my roof repaired and they “re-inspected” my roof. I got a call later saying they recommend to replace a significant part of my 15 year old roof (my roof is a 50 year roof). Someone in the company told me after the fact they they are encouraged to say things like this to sell more work. I won’t hire them again.

  From the first contact with Cobex - I have been so impressed by their Professional and very personable Team. They completed a total roof repair in 2 days seamlessly, all awhile keeping me updated with each step. They provide great quality products and quality work.   Cobex Construction Group was the last company that the General Manager David Leal came to my house to show me waht they can offer, and it was exactly what I needed a company that can do everything for their customers. I didn't have to shop around for repairs and painting work, they did the Roofing, the siding repairs and painting, and they also removed and reinstall the solar panels. I'm really happy with the work done, that I highly recommend this company for your home future projects. Thank you and God bless.

  We couldn’t be happier with how our roof turned out! From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent.. The Cobex team was knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and incredibly responsive whenever we had questions..   Cobex arrived and took 3 days to finish the roof on my 2 story house! They did an excellent job! They cleaned the area around the house when they were done and reinstalled my gutter guards!

  Cobex did a tear off and new roof install on my property. They were professional and dependable from start to finish! I would highly recommend them if you need any roofing done. Cobex also repaired and applied a new stucco finish on the same property. Again, they were on time and very efficient with the job. The stucco finish came out amazing and I highly recommended them!

  The Cobex installation crew foreman was early and set the job up for success immediately. While on site the crew was super efficient and well trained in what they do. The job turned out great and the roof looks amazing.

  They were great in communicating until I signed the contract then they finished the job I paid half in cash now I call a couple of times telling Mike if I haven't heard from him by 1pm I would call the office so at 1 I called the office left another message then I got a call back was told they would be by on Thursday with my Warranty and it's now been over a month and still haven't gotten it.

  I helped my parents choose this company for their roof replacement, and I'm very glad we did. The team was honest, easy to work with, and kept me updated throughout the project. One thing I really appreciated was how patient and accommodating they were despite the language barrier. They even had someone who could speak with my parents directly, which made the entire process so much easier for them (and me). Everything was completed exactly as promised, the workmanship was excellent, and my parents are extremely happy with the final result.

  From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally. Had my roof and siding replaced, and the attention to detail was impressive. It's hard to find a contractor that communicates this well. The team kept me informed every step of the way, showed up when they said they would, and followed through on everything they promised. The new roof and siding completely changed the look of our home. I would gladly hire them again for future projects.
