  Took 2 days for them to return my call. Sent a guy out who told me would need my roof seams repaired and showed me pictures of roof. Then told me someone would send me an estimate. No contact from them for last 9 days. I called 3 days ago left message they haven’t returned my call or sent me an estimate. Complete waste of time. BTW Another roofing company answered my call, sent a guy out and gave me an estimate (not as bad as Perez roofing said) all within 4 days.

  Initially had a good experience when Alex came out to do the estimate and even went through the financing application, but was ghosted after some time. Went through insurance and even the insurance could not get a hold of the company. After attempting to call the office main line and owner multiple times we never got a response.

  Update 6/14/2023 I will have to lower the stars. I dont know if Alex was bullcrapping me or what but i never received my Certainteed warranty card from the mail. It has been almost 2 months now. After many attempt of text messages but not a single response back. I guess once the work is done, they just move on and forget about everything. Hopefully the roof holds up and i wont have to call them back for any warranty work. Wont find out until the next storm. Alex is on top of his game. Answering all of my questions because what do I know about roofings. I would recommend him. Everything went smoothly and they came out the following week to get the job done. His pricing was very competive and will work with you.

  They do *not* respect property. They damaged multiple plants despite I having moved them out of the way. They stated they would clean after themselves: Instead, they threw debris from the roof without disregard to anything below - squashing several succulents and toppling over other buckets full of garbage and materials. Their method of "cleaning" was using a air blower and moving all the debris into a corner below some plants to hide it. They also used the air blower directly on the plants (succulents) and tore them apart. They ignored me when I tried to get their attention so that they would stop -- and just continued blowing through the plants, damaging everything. The guys who did notice me just walked away and ignored me. I do not recommend them.

We totally understand your frustration as you can see from our reviews, our goal is always to provide a clean job site & safe roof removal without damaging plants. I’m usually at the job site first thing in the morning, unfortunately I couldn’t make it out to the bay the day of reroof project.   If you want to replace your roof you need to call Alex Perez Roofing! A company you can trust doing excellent workmanship. Everyone is professional, friendly and amazing! My husband is a general contractor and when Alex Perez logo is as water tight as it gets. The quality and no short cuts straight forward you will be happy we highly recommend Alex Perez Roofing!!

  Had the estimator come out. Was a great communicator and friendly. I had a slipped tile on my roof. Estimator went up the roof and fixed the slipped tile with no charge. Others were quoting 600+ for same work. Would recommend.

  Wow... my wife and I are so happy we went with Alex Perez Roofing! They have excellent reviews and are A+ rated on the BBB. We had been putting off on a new roof due to the price, hassle and the unknown; dry rot, problems, etc. When it finally came time though, we picked the best. Alex gave us great options and ideas and we settled on a winner. Regarding price, he and his team were so genuinely honest, we didn't even get a second estimate. His pricing was less than I thought it would be and very reasonable. I did have some dry rot and even that added cost was more than fair. And the work done... perfect. The look of our home is even better now as we went with different colors and design than we had previously (thank you for the design tips!) We had a new roof and gutters installed and the whole project took just seven days. And our home is not small at all, two stories with a number of high pitches. The crew always showed up on time, very courteous and our yard was always picked up and clean at the end of each day. Alex called me each morning to check in as well. I highly recommend Alex Perez Roofing.

  Alex and his team were great to work with. Quick, competitive, and professional the whole way through. At the end of each day they cleaned all the dust and dirt away from our house. I was prepared for a week in a construction zone, so that was a unnecessary but nice surprise. I could say more but the point is I highly recommend Alex Perez roofing. If you have a project give them a shot!

  Alex Perez and his team did a great job replacing 80+ cracked tiles, cleaning out the clogged valleys and making our roof water tight! In addition, we asked that they replace a few fascia boards that showed dry rot and they completed and painted those as well. His team was quick to respond to questions and also provided before and after photos. The work was finished in the expected 2 days and paying was easy with a quickbooks link. We would absolutely refer Alex and his team to our family and friends.

  My experience with Alex Perez Roofing was top notch. I chose to go with them in having my roof replaced because the inspection by Jonathan was thorough and they provided a link that allowed me to see problem areas and progress photos. The roofing crew arrived on time and left my place spotless. Everyone was communicative, from my first call with Remy to Daniel in regards to final inspection.   Excellent service from the beginning to the end! They were professional, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and very communicative throughout the whole process. Final project looks great and they cleaned up as they worked. Highly recommended.

  We needed a new roof by august 1, I met with Alex July 21 and through enormous dry rot and a poorly installed existing gutter system the permit, inspection was signed and completed today July 31. Great crew and company. The link to the job picture progress made dealing with the insurance company a breeze. And thanks for the on time communication keeping me up to date. Kurt Senkbeil
