I hired them for my new construction project to do the metal roofs and now after 4 months and so many follow ups they just don’t care to come and finish their job. They said I gotta pay first since they had to bring materials and pay their …

Mr. Rahmani - I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and your thought's on the situation. I think it's a wonderful thing that people have an avenue to express their displeasure or frustration publicly, that's what free speech is about. Yes we did ask for payment in full before we returned for the 6th time to perform more work at no cost on a project that was not built to plan and changed multiple times throughout it's duration without notice. I agreed to provide you with more material needed for one of the last changes only after the original invoice was paid in full. I also asked that you pay the labor in exchange for the material which is a fair trade Sir. You and I have spoken and texted quite a bit about this project and I'm sorry you feel my communication has been poor.

Have not been able to get our roof inspected / repaired in months. A tech came once but then no follow up. We used Roof Authority for a roof repair / inspection a year or so ago and they did a great job but then we needed them to come back for a follow up call due to some leaks still occurring and since that, they've been dropping the ball... Not sure whether they're too busy but this is not good.

The folks at Roof Authority are top notch. They just completed their work on our new home and they did a great job on the roofing and the gutters. Their price was competitive, they didn’t nickel and dime me for small changes like other subs do, and they always showed up on schedule. Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend to anyone looking for new roofing and/or gutters.

Russ and his team were great all around. Highly recommended. He responded to me and my questions on a weekend, and showed up in person the first business day. He did a complete roof eval, explained issues, answered all my questions and gave me options. He and his team even did a temporary repair to stop water intrusion on the spot…. Without asking or getting paid for it. When they did the work the Communication was great, they were on time, sent multiple photos throughout the process, were thorough and left the whole yard spotless. Lots of people are reticent to hire roofers but these guys will be my go-to for large and small projects.

They were professional, always on time, communicated clearly and there were no surprises. They came recommended by Decra Tile as one of their preferred service providers, and I can see why. They did an entire roof and soffit repair in one day.

Working with Robert and Roof Authority was such a smooth and easy process. I just bought a home in Atlanta and am currently living out of state so the work was done while I was not there. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, communication was seamless and the finished product looks amazing. I could not recommend them enough!!
