Man i just watched this man stumbling like crazy at 10am all to watch him get into a vehicle with your guys name on it. It was a green pick up truck. You guys might wanna have that man sit out for awhile.

Your working in a green truck almost ran me and my kids off the road. Could smell the alcohol off him when he was yelling at me like it was my fault he forgot how to drive. Hopefully he isnt on anyones roofs today big big liability for the company.

We hired Ron's to put a new roof on a house we just bought. They were fast and installed it quickly and it looked great. Fast forward to the next winter/spring and the new skylights they installed are leaking. It took them weeks to come out and they told us it was "condensation" from inside the house. The next year the same thing happened. Now, the skylights leak any time it rains, snow melts, etc. So now, to get them to come out and fix what is still under warranty??? Suddenly, their willingness to do business has changed. 4 months later, we are still waiting to hear from them to tell us when they can fit us into their schedule to fix work that should be covered under warrantee/guarantee. We keep getting told we are "on the list" every time we call. Oh yeah, they are fast and professional when it comes to initially taking your money, but they are unresponsive and avoiding when it comes to time for them to fix their sloppy work.

I had called office to change appointment time. I assume the message for time change was not shared with the employee who was coming to look at my roof for repairs.

Called for an appointment for an estimate. Group of guys came out and looked over things. Lead said they'd need to check pricing and they'd mail me an estimate and I'd have it next week. Never received the estimate. Called to find out what was going on and left several voicemails and no one returned my call. Finally reached someone. They sent someone out again. They said they'd already been to my house. Told him, yeah, I just need the estimate and they never sent it. He said I'd receive it in a couple days. I never received the estimate. Their lack of professionalism made the decision not to use them very easy.

I believe you Nelson Howard! Not all of their employees drive red trucks and they know it. I know for a fact that some of their long term employees smoke marijuana (didn't know they did it on the job). Their sales staff don't return calls and their office reeks of stale cigarette smoke. I think they care more about their restaurant than the roof business these days.

I am very happy with the entire process of having my roof replaced. Bill came out twice to discuss the job with me, answering all of my questions. Nate did an excellent job doing the work and keeping in touch with me to let me know the status of what was being done. The work was done in a timely manner and done very well, including the clean up. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish the crew did a incredible job installing our new roof on our house. Just all around great with everything from communication to how long it would take to install and what may or may not need replaced. Such a great company to do business with. I will definitely recommend Ron's Roofing to Family and Friends along with my customers I do business with. Thank you!

I couldn't have made a better decision. I had Ron's Ron's roofing repair my old flat roof. I looked at it from 2 different angles and what I like the most is it truly looks like it was done correctly. In a timely manner. Cost efficient and the lady in the office is just as great as well. I would definitely recommend and will be hiring for more work

If your looking to get a new roof , look no further than Ron's Roofing. We had to want longer than promised ( because of Covid-19 shut down ) but the wait was worth it. Nick and his crew were on time and very fast. All of the workers were friendly and cleaned up there work area. And they hand nailed all of the shingles. Great job to everyone on the job and the staff at Ron's Roofing. Regards, Jim Bennett

I have nothing but very positive comments. My contact with xxxx dates back to 2008 when I met manager. My most recent experience was my new roof last year. The crew was pleasant, extremely efficient, and wonderful cleaner-uppers. Highly recommended.
