  Thank you for your feedback, Edith. We truly regret that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations. During the course of the project, there was damage to areas of the home, and we want to make clear that all repairs were completed at our expense because we take responsibility for correcting issues that arise. Regarding the concerns about payment and materials, our company follows a four-step payment process tied to specific phases of the project. Under that process, the third payment is due once the shingles are delivered and loaded onto the roof. Because that payment had not yet been received, we followed our company policy and did not proceed with shingle installation until payment was made. We understand this may have caused frustration and confusion, and we sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. We always aim to provide quality work, fair pricing, and respectful service, and we are sorry to hear that this was not reflected in your overall experience. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our communication moving forward.

  Unreliable, unprofessional, lack of liability post work. I had peeling in the roof, called to get it fixed. Post work, the water is pooling in the area where the work was done causing filtration. No pooling before. The person who called me back "Rei" is a "wonderful" professional dismissing my claim without looking at the damage because as he said "I am not a roofer. My husband is not a roofer". Rude, sickening. Never again would I hire this company for absolutely nothing.

  Jenny, I understand the frustration with your recent roof damage however, the vulgarity and F-bombs you expressed to Rei were completely uncalled for. The work we performed in April was a coating required by your insurance company. A simple coating that is painted and forms onto your existing roof - which in no way would change the shape or slope of the roof to cause NEW pooling/ponding. At that time, we recommended you get your roof replaced because of its terrible state. The current ponding and leaks you are experiencing are pre-existing and not something we caused. I am truly sorry an agreement or understanding could not be made regarding your roof. I wish you luck. - Katelyn Romero

  They were hired to do my mother's roof and their workers broke my mom's A/C pipe when they were putting in nails into my mom's roof. The repair of the pipe and replacement of free-on to the a/c system cost $950. They have taken no responsibility for this and have basically told my mother they are not responsible for the damage their workers did. They came up with a bill that my mother had to pay in addition to the roof work of like $400 and something dollars and said they would not charge her for it and that there was a balance of $68, which they delivered a check the next day for. In addition, we have been informed that some of the material they used was not of the best quality. Basically you cannot trust a company that does not take responsibility for the work their employees do. We had recommended them to approximately 5 family/neighbors because up to this point they have been professional, but we have since told these people not to hire them for this reason, because if something happens during your job they will not be responsible. They still need to finish my mother's roof tiles, lets hope they can at least do this correctly without creating any more damage then they have.

The conversations ended with you agreeing that no one was at fault, the job was completed, and your family was happy. I am disappointed to see your "bad review" is still posted after all this time.   Only use this company if you can wait 3 months. The staff onsite does not care about you and if you ask for updates, they will get irritated with you and tell you that “You are just gonna have to wait. We cant give you estimated times”. I guess they dont know how long their own work takes? Once I asked for a refund when no progress had been made after a month, they suddenly DID do the permits and also had shingles on hold, so I’d have to pay $600 out of my deposit. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. You are better off doing the roof yourself. Read more reviews below to see how they fluctuate prices and break property as well. Maybe their initial incompetence saved me from further headaches.

  After the visit they requested a deposit and work would be done within 10 next days, we paid deposit and now 20 days later, the job is not even scheduled because "it depends on the weather". Very bad customer service. Refund requested. Look for another more professional roofing repair.

  Alejandro, I understand your frustration but understand at that time we had numerous "rainy days" where it is not only unsafe for us to work, but has the potential to make your roofing issue even worst.   Called several times over period of several days, they promised a call back, never happened, Don't expect quick service from this outfit. Which is odd because I used them in past and had no problems.

  Very shady company… First, their estimator was supposed to call the next day to schedule an appointment. They didn't. I had to call the next day. The estimator then called and said that he would be there the next day. The next day, the estimator came by. He measured. Gave us a price of $2,700. Said he would email it to us. The next day when we called to find about the estimate, he said the price would be $5,000. He said the reason was that when he went back to the office, the materials would not have access to the back of the house, and everything needs to be wheelbarrowed. He told me that he would come to explain. When he came over, he said that it would be $5,300 now! He gave the same excuse about having to wheel barrow the materials. Then he said, "Listen, I don't want to lie to you, I measured it wrong." Then he said (and this is the kicker), "Thank God that you didn't agree yesterday (to the $2,700) or I would have gotten in trouble. Thank God." I told him that was the worst thing you can ever say to a customer. That you messed up and that you are happy that your client did not accept your mistake. I am giving them one star, because I have to, not because I want to.

  Marcos and his team did a great job on our roof from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently, and everything passed final inspection with the permit properly closed out, which was very important to us as we wanted this project completed before our son’s arrival. Throughout the process, they stayed responsive and handled additional work that came up without issue. The crew worked quickly and left everything clean once the job was done. Like with any project, there were a few moments where I wanted extra clarity on timing and paperwork, and Marcos addressed everything clearly and made sure the job was completed the right way. Solid team—I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.
