Recently purchased a solar panel system and it dropped production 70 percent overnight in July and the system has clearly been malfunctioning since then. Rather than contact me directly they have basically refused to engage and have tried to get around the real issue by asking me for unrelated items such as my electric bills. I’m likely going to be out thousands paying another company to fix this.

First their website is not accurate. Their website clearly states that they do roof repair. However, when I called they told me that they only do replacement. After I turn down their initial call to replace my roof, now I'm getting solicitation call from them at least 3 times a day.

I contracted with ROI to replace my flat roof and install solar panels. Despite there being cheaper options available, I selected ROI because they offered to handle both the roofing and solar install - which was a complicated task that …

My experience with ROI Construction has been deeply frustrating from start to finish, and I can no longer stay silent. From the very beginning, communication was disorganized and unprofessional. I was told my project would begin within six weeks—but it took over ten weeks to start. During that delay, I was left in the dark with zero proactive communication from project management. Reaching someone on the phone was nearly impossible, and my messages routinely went unanswered. When work finally began, the crew on-site was respectful and courteous. Unfortunately, they were sent without all the necessary parts and had to leave mid-job and return hours later, turning a straightforward 3-hour job into a full-day. This was yet another example of poor internal coordination. Then came the billing issues. I initially left a review expressing my dissatisfaction. To their credit, ROI's manager called, acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, and offered a $200 discount, which I accepted in good faith. I removed my review hoping they were taking steps to improve. But weeks later, I received a call and email from ROI stating my initial down payment was never processed and that I now owed the down payment amount again. I immediately contacted my bank and confirmed the payment had been processed and cleared. I sent ROI: A bank-issued receipt showing the cleared transaction. Their own confirmation email from the day the payment went through. Despite this, ROI sent a second email claiming I hadn’t paid. I sent another official receipt from my bank—and I’m now waiting for them to acknowledge what is clearly an internal accounting error on their end. At this point, what started as a poorly managed project has become extremely frustrating and time consuming. ROI Construction’s internal breakdowns in communication, billing, and customer service are unacceptable. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Look elsewhere if you want your project handled professionally and

Installed solar. Stomped over my flowers/plants. Left debris in the yard. Used one of our bathrooms without permission. The problem with that is they left the toilet seat up and the sink a mess. Used our neighbors fence as their work station.

My experience with ROI was totally 5 Stars worthy! The communications were clear, timely and so wonderfully friendly. I will miss my calls with Cesar - just the BEST. Each leg of the installation process was completed well, no mess, no fuss. I highly recommend them and look forward to joining the solar universe.

I’ve been putting off cleaning my gutters for some time now. I submitted a google request for quotes on a Friday and Leandro responded immediately and scheduled an appt with me on Monday morning. He arrived on time and sent me pics of the job as I was called away for work. Despite not being on site, I felt comfortable with having him complete the work as the communication was on point. I’d definitely recommend using Leandro Teletor again!

I am greatly please with ROI Construction. The team worked in a spirit of excellence. They went above and beyond in satisfying all of my requests. I am thankful to Cesar, very professional, doing a wonderful job in communicating every step of the process . It was a great help to me that he provided a follow up emailed of all of our conversations. In addition, the team left the site cleaner than they found it. :)

Thank you ROI and team for the fantastic work installing my attic fan. The technician was prompt, polite, and professional. He did an awesome job explaining what he did and sharing pictures. ROI followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I truly appreciate the time and effort it took to make this happen. I would highly recommend ROI.
