  Poor quality, service, over priced and under delivered. Damaged gazebo, left nails and screws throughout the yard, argued with is as the customer, installed in correct gutter size, poor communication.

  I received a cold call from Dreamhome Roofing, They were doing work in the area type of call. As it turned out, I needed an estimate for some roof work from some storm damage. I made an appointment for the same day. Had to leave work a little early and skip a meeting. Then I wait, nobody shows up. I text the number that I got the call from and no response. I see on this form there are 100% at five stars, which seems a little bit unlikely. I’m curious, what’s gonna happen with this very disappointing review.

  I have such mixed feelings about the company because when I first met Tyler, the inspector and sales rep, he seemed genuine and honest and like he cared about what was going on with our roof/attic. He took pics and said we had signs of poor circulation in our attic and that we needed a new roof. He gave us a quote for the “upper tier” level of materials which ended up being over $26K. He also gave us a quote to remove and reinstall the solar panels from our roof. He said we had 34 panels, even after I rebutted and asked if he was sure. We live in a townhouse style connected home and I know there was no way we had that many panels up there. Anywho, for the quote, he said it would be between $350-$450 per panel which ended up being around $15K for the solar alone. Keep in mind, this was basically a cold call or door knock situation because we were not searching for roofers to give us a quote for service. Final quote was about $46K for our project and they did factor in discounts and “extra bonuses” which brought the cost down to $31K. But at this point I’m already getting quotes and inspections from other companies and contractors bc something about this doesn’t feel right. The next day I decide I don’t want to do the project with them and end up on the phone with Mike one of the quality assurance folks you have to talk to in order to cancel the job, and he notified me that we were misquoted on the square footage which brings the price down again to $21K. After telling him I want to cancel, he is trying to get me to reconsider my decision, and using fear tactics to make me stay. I’m upset but I don’t want to go off on him so I just say I’ll get other quotes and call back tomorrow with a final decision. I received quotes and a lot of tips and advice from other companies, some even pointed out some red flags about Dream Home Roofers that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. I called back the next day and got no answer from Mike, so I left a voicemail. I didn’t get a c

  I want to thank Khalia he was amazing and our windows look great. He was very informative answered all my questions and some. The process of getting my windows put up was great he was so much help through the process. What a great experience I will definitely recommend anybody who needs to get there windows done to hit Khalia up. Thanks for all your help.
