Called in the evening after finding a leak in my attic. They answered the phone professionally and let us know someone would be out to inspect the roofline and possibly offer a same day repair around 3 pm the following afternoon. I called back around 3:30 to find out that they had not put me on the schedule and would not be out on the original day of service and asked to move me to the next day. At this rate I've got 2 other contractors coming out so I cancelled my appointment. It's unfortunate as I took time off of work to be home for my appointment that was never scheduled. Will not use and will not recommend

Hi Brennan, Thank you for taking the time to write this refill. Last night we took your call scheduled you for the next day. Unfortunately we had other Service calls we had to attend to and our technician was unable to get there on time. We’d like to make it up to you and offer you a no cost repair tomorrow. Let me know if you’d like us to come out and not only inspected, but also fix it at no extra cost.

Jose was supposed to provide a quote. He said he sent an associate to do an assessment. I followed up with him twice. Never received a quote. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Complete waste of time.

I had my roof replaced by Restoration Roofing. The entire process was smooth and fast, and the job was done within one week. The owner/salesman, Jose, was not pushy at all. He came to my house well prepared, explained the details of the job, and answered my questions professionally. The price he provided was the best.

Liang, thanks so much for sharing your experience. A full roof replacement finished in one week, with no pressure and no runaround on pricing, that's exactly the standard we hold Restoration Roofing Co. to on every job in Catonsville and Baltimore County, Maryland. Jose takes the same approach on every estimate: show up prepared, walk through the details honestly, and give a fair, competitive price the first time, not a negotiation. Glad that came through for you and thank you for making us your trusted roofing company in Catonsville, Maryland.

We couldn't be happier with the job Restoration Roofing CO did on our roof. Finding a contractor you can trust isn't always easy, but they exceeded all expectations. Right from the estimate, their communication was clear, honest, and …

Robert, this was truly one of our favorite projects to work on. Installing the CertainTeed Carriage House luxury shingles in Colonial Slate with that custom Georgian Brick pattern, felt more like creating a piece of art than just laying a roof. That's what we love most about a project like this, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and solving the problems other contractors walk past. Glenwood, in Howard County, Maryland, is where Restoration Roofing Co. calls home, so getting to do this kind of high-end roof replacement in our own backyard means a lot. Thanks for making us your trusted roofing contractor!

We just had our roof replaced by Restoration Roofing and we only have positive things to say! The team finished replacing all plywood and shingles in one day! Jose was a pleasure to work with and kindly explained the insurance process, the scope of work, and the quote. They were willing to communicate with our insurance company to maximize coverage and their pricing overall was extremely reasonable. Restoration Roofing made a daunting roof replacement so easy for us to get done and they did quality work! Highly recommend!!

I would trust Mr. Jose for any issues with my house and 10/10 recommend this business. The customer service is phenomenal and they are very knowledgeable. He checked our attic for bees and was very honest, and said no repair is needed. He also checked our gutters and said they are clean, and no need to clean them. He also checked our roof and said no repair was needed. He is honest and I will give him my business in the future and I will recommend him to my friends and family. You can tell he truly cares about what he does and helping people, and is extremely trustable.

Roof Replacement in Ashton, MD | CertainTeed Landmark PRO This Ashton, MD homeowner contacted Restoration Roofing Co. for a complete roof replacement, new gutters and skylights. The property is heavily wooded, and leaves were constantly clogging the existing gutters. Although the roof had been replaced previously, they continued experiencing problems. After removing the old roofing system, we discovered issues from the previous installation and inadequate ventilation. Approximately 20 sheets of damaged plywood needed to be replaced before installing the new roof. We installed CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles in Burnt Sienna along with new VELUX skylights. To improve drainage and help with the heavy tree coverage, we installed new 6-inch bronze gutters and downspouts with Leaf Relief by Ply Gem gutter protection. Three years later, a tree limb fell and punctured the roof. Although the damage wasn’t related to our installation, they had been great customers, so we returned, replaced the damaged plywood and completed the repair at no charge. They were so happy with the service that they referred us to their neighbor—and we’re now replacing the neighbor’s roof! Restoration Roofing Co. specializes in roof replacement in Ashton, MD and throughout Montgomery County and surrounding Maryland communities.7 mins ago
