  I hired Liberty Windows & Siding for a $100,000+ exterior renovation (siding, windows, doors, gutters, and a portico) based on their representation that work would be handled by in-house crews. Unfortunately, the project fell short of these expectations due to widespread workmanship deficiencies. The issues were not "minor touch-ups." Following an independent inspection and a manufacturer site visit, multiple installation failures were identified that required a full removal and reinstallation of the siding. While the company claims delays were due to customer inaction, the pause was actually necessary to prevent further improper work and to obtain the third-party inspections required to protect my home. Throughout this prolonged process, the use of subcontracted labor remained a central concern, as in-house labor was a key reason I selected Liberty. While the company did eventually return to address the issues and did not walk away, the remediation was difficult to manage. It lacked consistent written documentation, coordinated scheduling, and clear quality-control milestones. Ultimately, I incurred additional out-of-pocket costs for legal consultation and independent inspections to reach an acceptable outcome. For a premium-priced renovation, the experience was disappointing. I strongly encourage prospective customers to get all crew structures, inspection protocols, and remediation terms in writing before signing a contract.

  The company goes out of their way to ignore reviewing HOA policy. They installed doors that were not up to code based on HOA policy. More concerning for a small $1,000 balance of a $5,000 job, they threatened while saying good luck to me....to file a mechanics lien on my $2,300,000 paid off house. IT IS AGAINST STATE LAW TO FILE A MECHANICS LIEN AGAINST A RESIDENCE UNLESS THE VALUE OF THE JOB INCREASES THE RESIDENCES VALUE BY 15% OR MORE. They are threatening and go around every legal corner to get what they want including their bogus sales pitches.

  This is our 3rd project for Mr Draiman, each project we have had issues collecting the final balance due per his signed contract agreements. During scheduling for this 3rd project, Mr Draiman lied about his name in order to get an estimate scheduled. We have consistently requested final payment from Mr Draiman since June 2024 when his install was complete, without resolve until mention of legal action 4 months later. Upon receipt of his final balance, Mr Draiman was sent his paid in full receipt along with his warranty information, and no legal action has been taken at this time. We at Liberty Windows & Siding, Inc strive to provide the best customer service possible. There are no hidden fees or "bogus sales pitches". We stand by our contracts.

  Hired Liberty to replace siding, 2 entry doors and storm doors and whole house of windows. Took 5 months to finalize the project. Quality control seems to be non-existent with this company. Issues with every part of the project. Broken …

  *ALERT* This company uses manipulative sales tactics. They try to create a sense of urgency by employing persuasion strategies to force or manipulate customers into making a purchase. After receiving the initial quote. I was told the price is only good for 24HRs. After 24hrs the price would increase by 5k LOL. (Who does this? is this a legit business)

  Good afternoon all, I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Peter one of the partners of Liberty window and siding company. He was so professional when he came out, he helped me to decide on a beautiful roof for my home. I was very well pleased with the work that was done and I was very pleased with the clean up and treatment that I received from the company. I am now a very proud owner of a brand-new beautiful roof. Thanks to the staff at Liberty Window & Siding.

  We had a great experience with Liberty. Peter Deily provided expert guidance during the project. Everything was laid out plain and clear. The installation crew was professional and efficient, completing the roofs on the house, garage, and shed all in the same day. We chose Williamsburg Gray for the shingles and it looks fantastic.   As a Real Estate Agent, we know curbside appeal is a must. I recently had a new entry door installed (new roof in the past) and is receiving one compliment after another. My home appearance is giving “class and charm”😍 at the same time. Working with Peter made all the difference, received exactly what I requested.   I can't thank Roger and his team enough. I was referred by a friend whom love her windows and the service. I contacted Riger and he responded immediately. He came out the same day I called him. The process was quick, and easy. From that point my windows and storm door was in within less than a month. His staff was on time, professional and they expedited the job in a timely manner. They asked me to inspect the windows with them & they were perfect. I can't tell you how excited I am each day when I can finally open the blinds & lift the windows up. I can't forget the office staff. They are very courteous and professional answering all of my questions and gave me reassurance. Thank you Liberty Windows and Siding . I'm glad that I made the right choice and will be referring friends & family. My windows have been a part of my everyday conversation 😊

  We had three opening windows, six windows the same size, and two narrow tall windows replaced. The salesman did not promise more than could be delivered, the window measurer was prompt and efficient and the work crew showed up right on time and worked through lunch to get all windows installed and all work areas fully cleaned by 3 p.m. The windows are great.
