  They installed my roof for 1 it was expensive it was supposed to be a black roof with white trim now the problem come in that the roof is not trimmed correctly 2nd i still see the sheet paneling they put on the roof that's going to rot out and i call no answer now I'm stuck paying and the job is not done correctly

  PLEASE RUN FROM GRIFFIN and ONE DAY ROOFING THEY RIP OFF CERTAIN CLASSES OF PEOPLE. They never went up into the ATTIC. I was stupid to hire ONE DAY ROOFING.They sent the worst Crew in my area to do a jacked up job. Be careful women’s make sure a man is there to help you when this company come out they took my money. They had to replace a leak and left the shingles unorganized. They need to put new shingles on the whole side of the roof where they repaired the roof at and I will post the pictures to let you see what they did. Check with the BBB read the the BBB is saying about this company Be careful with Griffin The only time that you can speak with him is when he on the road traveling he tells me that we could have a so-called meeting in the car from my understanding. This is the only time he could talk bad Business. And Mr. Clay, he’s not strong focus on QUALITY timeless and customer satisfaction. He’s so quickly to tell you what he’s not going to do. Mr Cruz This young man, I’m thinking that this is the man sent out to my house. He does have a passion for cultivating a relationships, and deep understanding of the roof market. He was very dissatisfied with the work. And unwavering commitment to customers satisfaction have established himself a trusted advisor in the industry. This is what I read up on him when I met him. When he looked at it, he said this is not the way this company should left this. He is the best that I have spoke with yet Be very cautious with this company. They send out street workers to do the job, and they can’t even speak English. My roof is look jack up. I don’t understand why they dispatch workers who don't speak English. They were amateurs. They bent my hot water heater, botched up my roof, cut a section on the side of my trim, and left it. The leak from my roof damaged damage may wall in my room. Whenever I called them, they always had excuses, and they tend to target single women. Clay is horrible to work with; he will tell you

  So they contacted me. Quoted me a roof for around 15-16k (without ever sending anyone out). First call only GAF shingles were used. At this point I already had my shingle picked out, which wasn't GAF. Weeks go by and I start receiving calls again, from someone else! Believe his name is James, came back at me with talks of them picking up a large commercial job in the area and would like to gain my at a reduced price! This time around they were willing to use Owen's Corning midnight plum! I think this company prays on ignorant customers. I have had over 7 quotes from folks who actually came to view my roof! The way this company wanted to vent my attic was FAR inferior! I'm not a roofer but have a brain, with the ability to learn! This company wanted to put solely box vents for a finished attic! Again, like I said I'm no pro, but when explaining to them how I want to vent my roof, they just kept insisting their way was proper. To me this is crazy as almost every person that came and looked at the job said use edge venting. For anyone ignorant in roofing, there is much free information available online, one being the amount of venting you need for your size roof. This is more of a sales company then a roofing company, read the reviews! They offered me a deal that expired at 5AM. I said extend it til 9AM, gimme a call and we'll probably get the deal done. They said no, I said call me at 5AM, again no, people aren't up at this time (I was at work at 5AM). No call until my ride home from work around 345. Occupied with driving , I had to ignore 3 phone calls in a 1 minute span, and returned home with a txt saying call us back when u have a chance. The deal ended at 5AM, why you calling me at 3PM?!?!!?! This is gonna be fun if they decide to waste to try and waste anymore of my time. I'm in PA, not sure who sold this Marylan based company my info!

  One Day Roofing was fantastic to work with! They were very prompt, thorough and did a great looking job on the installation! They took pictures and told me everything they were going to do and did it. They also cleaned up very well after the job was completed. Margorie’s, Greg and others were very friendly and professional in taking care of the pre-job arrangements and paperwork before and after the job was done. I highly recommend this company. If there was any negatives, it would be the difficulty in communicating with the workers, since they were all Spanish-speaking. However they were very good workers.

  James Roberts was my contact person at One Day Roofing. He made sure the roofing crew got there, and that they got the job done. The crew worked very hard and quickly to get everything done. I now have a ridge vent and my house is so much cooler now. I am very happy with the work that was done. And the roofing crew was very polite and respectful. I have a 50-year warranty on the roof. It looks great on my house.

  They did an amazing job on the roof, worked in an efficient timely manner and the employees were very respectful. My parents are very pleased with the work they did on replacing their roof! We would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a new roof

  I've been very pleased with the One Day Roofing team. Everyone was very professional and made sure that everything was going smoothly throughout the entire process. Joseph Dorsey and Eric Loshl made sure to keep me up to date with everything from start to finish. The team was able to get me pricing as well as assist with financing options. The install team were very efficient and did a great job on the install and the clean up. My house looks brand new with its new roof. I'm very pleased and recommend this company for your roofing needs. While the installation is amazing and quality is good, follow-up for issues is not so great. The permit was not filed correctly for my town and I had to follow-up with ODR to make sure the permit was submitted correctly because I was being cited by the town. I sent numerous emails and heard nothing back from ODR. It would be nice if their customer support for existing customers was as wonderful as the customer support for the installation process. Its been three weeks and I'm still waiting for an update on where we are with the permit for the roof.

  Hi. I want to thank you Mr. Joseph Dorsey for changing our lives. We were stressing about that old roof. We were hoping that it wouldn't collapse one day.Mr. Dorsey sure relieved the stress. Mr. Joseph Dorsey was very patient and professional when he explained everything about One Day Roofing. They explained what needed to be done to the roof and the price. We are satisfied with our new roof. We would recommend One Day Roofing and representative Mr. Joseph Dorsey to anyone. We also want to thank all the other team members who helped us too. They all called to make sure how everything was going. The workers came and did what they needed to do. They left bags of trash in the walkway. Warren had to move it to the side. They need to come ASAP to remove it.

  Done very well job, friendly worker's and delivery materials and trailer for trash. Shawn Kennedy, Dan was very helpful, patience along with their support team. Give this to the lord, for I was hacked after Jesus risen. I was pushing myself uphill from the bottom. I couldn't get a loan if not for Shawn and team members Service. I'll be able to continue to feel better there is a roof over my head. Lord will lead me to finish the inside damage of my house. Plus to pay for the loan fee. Thank you all. If you're able to send me a written form of the work and pictures of all . I would be very interested to have paper work with this situation with you. I am old school, I would like to look at paperwork for me to read and understand what I got done. Hard for me to understand through this new way of online work. Many blessings to you all Thank you
