  Very pushy. Some guy named Joe came over was disrespectful the entire time. He even mumbled something racist when we wouldn’t agree to do business with him today. I’ll warn everyone I can to avoid this horrible company

  Had a new roof put on my house 5 years ago, noticed a wet spot on the ceiling so I looked on the roof and could see a shingle that had lifted up so I called nu look about this issue the receptionist told me she would put in a work order to come and take a look at the problem that never happened, so i called back and was told that a manager would be contacting me, that never happened, called back a couple more times and was told the manager was in meeting and gave me a date and time to expect a call that never happened , now nu look won't answer my calls anymore I decided to get on my roof and take a better look at the problem and the shingle was being lifted up by a nail below the shingle, nu look will get the job done but won't honor their warranty i wouldn't recommend nu look, they will take your money and run!

  After a 90 minute consultation for new siding, I was told it would be $63,000 if we waited but that this price was only good for one year, $50,655 with a discount that is running for the next 30 days of 1/2 off material, OR $36,471 if I signed a contract and agreed to go with them that day. I did appreciate that he gave me till 7pm to make the final decision but still felt pressure only to find out from getting 3 other quotes all from companies with 5star reviews and A+ on BBB that even with the highest quality product my house should cost no more than $25,000 for complete siding replacement. And the $36,000 quote was without new gutters. The other quotes were for the same product and included having gutters replaced. The salesman was very nice and professional and I appreciated that he did not try to change my mind when I told him we were not going to proceed, but I feel like I was being tricked/duped after receiving the other quotes and seeing just how much more costly it would be with Nulook. Perhaps they are just outstandingly better than all other 5star A+ companies in Maryland, but $25,000 difference is A LOT.

  Heads up if you want a quote, they require 90 minutes for a presentation and require both home owners to be there. Not a fan of high pressure sales so I will not be wasting my time with them.

  I was looking forward to doing business with this company until the receptionist started fussing at me because my husband was running late for the initial estimate and I didn’t call her. I just got off work 5 minutes before the sales guy came and was trying to catch my breath. I explained to the guy that my husband was running behind and he understood. Then the receptionist called and started being rude. Once she realized I was upset she started cutting me off and trying to give me a discount if I went with this company. Her attitude was unprofessional! I should’ve paid attention earlier in our brief conversation when she read out loud a rude message she sent to her colleague before talking about her. The colleague was actually nice because she was the first person I talked to. The sales rep that came out was pleasant and professional. However, they lost a client today and who knows how many more others because of her negative attitude. First impressions are everything!

  Nu Look’s roofing services have been a nightmare for us. Our roof done by Nu Look Design leaked in 4 (!) years. Badly. Flooded all three floors causing a severe structural damage. Nu Look never took responsibility. The property is now in a hazardous condition. Protect your home and steer clear of Nu Look.

  I had all of the windows and sliding door in my sun-room replaced last year. Exceptional product (Infinity) and workmanship. The crew did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier. I will be using them again soon to replace the rest of the windows in my house.

  NU Look home design is a very professional house maintenance design and construction company. No matter how big or small the project is, they are very serious, professional and complete the project quickly. Thank you very much to NU Look Home Design Columbia-Maryland, Mr Rick Selby,Mr Philip Conner,Mr Mark Molander,Ms Sandy and all the staff….   Use this company before for our siding and roof and it was fine. I liked it and I wanted to go with them again to replace windows, but I have not heard from the sales rep. He has not given me his number and I want to go with them, but I can’t because I don’t know what to do. Also, the sales rep was kind of rude at the end when I said I needed time to think about it
