  I was going to write a more detailed review but I feel that it’s not quite worth my time. In short- be aware this company doesn’t transfer their workmanship warranty to a new homeowner. We purchased our home April 2021. Previous owner had top of the line 50 year shingles done September 2018, so 3.5 years ago. Our roof had a huge leak this week. Roe told us they don’t honour their workmanship warranty for a new homeowner, but still sent someone to look. This worker came out, and put caulking over a hole, said it was all fixed. I had a third party company do an inspection. He showed me there was a hole (could actually see light coming through) and that it had been caulked, which is *not* something a quality roofing company would do, as that does not hold up. We now need to have all these shingles ripped up as he is positive Roe didn’t put flashing under our pillar on the roof. We will also have to replace all of our insulation and drywall in the garage. If this is their policy, fine. Not going to argue as I wouldn’t trust them to come back and fix their mistake correctly, anyway. But I think others should be aware that this is the kind of work they do.

  Second project we do with ROE roofing, both sales guy and the crew was easy to work with, got us in quick, full replacement of shingles, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards which was important to us as we have both kids and pets on the property.

  Called Roe after a deluge of rain recently, they were quick to respond Andre went to my house and repaired the shingles at no charge and sent before and after pics of the repair. I can’t say enough good things about Roe, they went above and beyond. If you have any roof issues or need a roof replacement I would highly recommend Roe. I will be using them in the next year or so to do a full replacement. Thanks Andre and super appreciate the service!

  Super fast and courteous response. In person estimate from Rick was very professional, seemed honest in letting us know that a repair/replacement was not needed yet and the roof still had good life to it.   My husband Dan and l decided to contact Roe's Roofing due to a ice damming issue. Jason {the owner} of Roe's Roofing and Exteriors came out right away with his team and addressed the situation. Our house is 22 years old and we thought that it was time to replace the eaves troughing due to leaks in different areas. Jason explained all of our options, which could include fascia and soffits, and if we didn't like the color, this is the time to do it {by the way, the color is UGLY}. Our house will look totally different and we are looking forward to the finished product. Jason's team were fast and efficient at taking care of the ice damming issue. Jason was a pleasure to talk to; having everything and every option explained to us in a very professional way and listed to our concerns. He left us a quote and left it up to us to call if he could be of service {absolutely no pressure}. We are definitely looking forward to seeing the completed work and we will definitely use Jason and his Roe's Roofing and Exterior team to replace our roof shingles when needed in the future.   Horrible communication. I hired Roe late August and from then until the work was completed Nov 2, there was no scheduling other than calls the night before when something else fell through. After the work was completed, I asked 3 times for an invoice. Finally received the invoices Nov 18, and have since asked 3 times for a copy of the receipts. It's Dec 2 and I'm still waiting. Disappointing for the highest quote and worst warranty of all the contractors I met with, but the 5 star rating and good rapport with the salesmen made me think it was the right choice. The 3 stars is solely for the great crews that did the work.

  Roe Roofing was recommend to us by a family member and we are happy that we chose them. We called Roe about a leak in the roof of a rental house and they arranged with our tenant to repair the leak. Jason (the owner) also and gave us some honest advice about the condition of the roof and we will definitely use them when repairing or replacing roofs in the future.
