  Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad to hear you were happy with your roof replacement. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you experienced during the spring melt. We understand how frustrating it can be to notice water pooling near your home. To clarify, while our service included cleaning the eavestroughs, it does not include repairs or reattachment of downspouts. This was explained during our conversation. That said, we did offer to come out and address the issue at a reduced service rate in an effort to help. During that same discussion, a concern about a leaking eavestrough corner was also mentioned. We noted that the caulking in that area appeared worn and deteriorated, which falls outside the scope of cleaning services and would require separate repair work. We always aim to support our customers where we can and appreciate the opportunity to clarify expectations around the services provided. If you would like us to assist further, we would be happy to help.
