  Our experience with this company was terrible. We received a quote in July for skylight replacement and were told we'd have an order placed and emailed to us within a day. A week later, we had to follow up to ensure an order had in fact been placed and were told the skylights would arrive in ~4 weeks. Six weeks later, we were given an installation date and subsequently took the day off work so we could be at home when the installers arrived. The morning of the scheduled installation, we received a call from the office to say the skylights were never ordered and that it'd be another 4+ weeks. Once again we were given an installation date and took the day off work. The day of the installation arrived and we waited until 10 am before calling the office to see is the installers were coming. We were told they had gone to pick up supplies at the warehouse. 45 minutes later, we got another call from the office to say only one skylight arrived (instead of 2) and that the installation will have to postponed as the weather will not longer be conducive to installation once the second sklylight arrives. Unbelievably bad customer service and reliability. I would never recommend this company.

  I regret hiring this company for a roof replacement. They made several mistakes during installation that they did not make right. Warranty has been problematic as well; they have not owned up to issues they caused. Several responses from them have either been surly or they just ignore my concerns.

  Didn't appreciate receiving an email calling me a "F***ing moron" out of the blue, when I have never had any association with this company in any manner! I've never even been to Edmonton, let alone had any reason to call a roofing company located in Edmonton!

  After getting quotes from five different roofing companies, I chose Nomad Roofing, and I'm very glad I did. Their pricing was right in the middle of the quotes I received—not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. What set them apart were two things. First, their warranty was far superior to anything the other companies offered: a 50-year non-prorated shingle warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, both transferable. Even more impressive, the warranty is backed not only by Nomad Roofing but also by the shingle manufacturer if the roofing company is ever unable to honour it. That gave me a great deal of confidence. Second, the owner is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with an impressive depth of knowledge about every aspect of roofing, including attic ventilation and flashing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and I felt confident the job would be done properly. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and did beautiful work. The roof looks fantastic. After the installation, I noticed one small issue and contacted them. Someone came out the very next day and resolved it without any hassle. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship and the customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nomad Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

  Nomad Roofing as a whole was a pleasure to deal with at every stage. Pleased and satisfied with the price quoted coupled with very easy and effective to communicate throughout. Lastly, the crew were extremely hard working and did an amazing job from start to finish. 10/10!

  Nomad Roofing did our garage roof last year. We hired them again this year to do our house roof. They did an excellent job with both roofs! Well priced and professional. I have no complaints.

  They were great. I couldn't find anyone to do a quick small roofing repair, and then I did. Nomad Roofing came and did it 2 hours after I called them. The job was done right. Perfect.

  After receiving estimates from five highly rated roofing companies, I am very pleased that I chose Nomad Roofing for my home’s reroofing project. Their competitive pricing was a plus, but it was Erin’s engineering expertise and the team's professionalism that truly set them apart. The Nomad website offers an excellent educational breakdown of the reroofing process, helping me understand every step. Erin impressed me with her use of a high-tech drone for precise measurements and comprehensive photos, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
