  Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always aim to handle every situation with care, and we’d like to respond to the points you raised. You requested an email‑only quote and declined the on‑site inspection we normally require. Because of that, we weren’t aware of the tree blocking that section of the roof until installation day. The same tree was also hanging over the front entry, which was never mentioned to us. If a homeowner is declining an inspection, we rely on them to share any access issues or obstructions they’re aware of. Our crew documented the obstruction with photos at the time. We completed the install last year, and the tree was removed this year, which is why the area wasn’t visible until recently. The issue shown is related to the obstruction, not workmanship. Our representative did receive one voicemail and returned your call. However, 24 rapid calls in a row triggered our phone system’s automated spam‑blocking, so we can’t confirm whether additional voicemails came through. Once unblocked, we called back after finishing with another customer, but that call wasn’t answered. Even though the issue wasn’t caused by our work, we apologized and offered to reimburse you for the small repair completed by another company. That offer was declined. We also take accountability for not postponing the installation once we saw the tree obstruction. In almost every case, we pause and confirm with the homeowner before proceeding. We attempted to reach you at the time but were unable to connect. Our process is designed to prevent situations like this and maintain the level of customer satisfaction we’re known for. When the full workflow is followed, access issues like this are identified and addressed before installation.

  My neighbours used this company. I cannot comment on their roofing job but the workers trashed a new area in my garden. They threw old tiles directly on tended new plants. I asked them not to go on my yard at all (they had plenty of space on the neighbours side). After knowing they caused damage they continued to trample plants and even put a ladder on them. Talked to the owner, made it clear I didn’t want his workers “cleaning up” my garden. Came home from work to find flowers squished and my hose reel broken. Over $300 damage plus my time. There was also a garbage bag lodged in the gutter of my neighbours roof. Not a sign of competence.

Additionally, recognizing that debris cannot always be fully contained during roofing projects, we offered to clean up the space to ensure no leftover materials remained over your property line. We always aim to leave each site in excellent condition after finishing a job. Regarding the garbage bag mentioned, we did not receive any reports about debris left on your neighbor’s roof after completion or at any time afterward.   I had to get 3 plumbing boots replaced. Hyrum went above and beyond not only replacing the boots but also inspecting the attic to make sure no water was coming in. Highly recommend this company for their commitment to their craft and their responsiveness

  I originally contacted 2 the top roofing a few years ago to replace my garage roof and was very satisfied with the work. Recently, after the record breaking rain my old house roof started leaking through a vent, and after a long sleepless weekend of tarping and bricking my roof to prevent further issues I contacted them again. They responded very quickly, Imon came out to the house took some drone footage and the owner Brandon came out to the house later that day. Work began quickly reacting to the leak and replaced my home roof, vents and eves in a single day, and replaced the old soffit, fascia and eves on my garage.
