  I have a leak in my upstairs utility room between the walls coming from my roof. I had a leak approximately (3) years ago in the general vicinity and thought I'll contact the same roofing company who repaired it to come out and give me an estimate. I called approximately (4) weeks ago and left two messages with the Senior Project Manager who I had dealt with in the past by the name of Shiloh. I have yet to hear back from him, this is a complete lack of professionalism on his part to not return my call or text me back. I will never do business with this company again, I have since moved on and hired another roofing company that values their customers.

  Could not be more pleased from inital contact with Rocky Mountain, to onsite inspection, quote, scheduling, workmanship and followup. Crew was easy to work with, no litter, answered questions, and never heard "thats not in quote and will be extra". The thermal imaging drone was cool too.

  Rocky Mountain Roofing, Is an awesome company, they helped me, when no one else would, they work fast,and all the men working so polite, had my roof done in 1 day, They made sure everything was cleaned up, before they left, I would recommend them, for all ur roofing needs, I actually did, recommend them to my nephew, and my grandsons mom.   They did a complete roof replacement, tearing off 3 previous roofs and repairing damaged decking, then replacing insulation and a new TPO membrane as well as the fascia and soffits. The work crew was very courteous and hard working. They did a great job. We are very happy with the results

  After calling multiple roofers with very little response, I was concerned that my little house is too small a job for most to bother with. However, I was shocked that Shiloh Alvarado actually came out 2 hours after I called and gave me a quote later the same day. I had a trip planned so I asked if it would be possible to get the job done beforehand; he said he could 'fit me in' since it was an easy reroof. We had to wait for the rain to abate but his crew was out 10 minutes early the day the roof dried. They finished midafternoon, cleaned up beautifully, and even filled in the driveway mud ruts left by their previous driver who tried delivering supplies in the rain. The crew did not follow my instructions when they removed and replaced the internet dish so it wasn't working after they left. Shiloh deducted the cost of readjusting the dish from my total bill. The bill itself was 'middle of the road' - not the cheapest but certainly nowhere near most expensive. In a world where it seems everyone is out solely for profit with shoddy workmanship, Rocky Mountain Roofing is a rare gem. I highly recommend them!

  Shiloh and his crew did a great job. They were dedicated to giving me a quality job at a reasonable cost. They were so professional in every thing they did . They communicated the progress, the issues and solutions for a roof that will last. They finsihed in a timely manner and cleaned any debris that fell off the roof.

  The roofing crew did a great job replacing our tar/gravel with TPO. They were very professional and communicated appropriately. The only concern I have is cleanup. There are bits of TPO membrane and tar around our house. However, I recommend these guys without reservation!

  Darren, thanks for the great review. My apologies for the bits of TPO and tar that remained around the house. I will escalate this to our production team and make sure it gets cleaned up immediately.
