  "Never worry again" is the slogan, but worry is exactly what we've felt with FixMyRoof. My parents bought a house with a roof that was done by them. But for the last five years, we've experienced leaks once or twice a year. While the 10-year warranty covers fixing leaks, it doesn’t cover any interior damage caused by them, which puts us at risk of mold issues if left untreated. We even raised concerns about having young kids around, but it didn't seem to matter to FixMyRoof. The main issue, in my opinion, is that they applied a silicone coating on a deteriorating tar roof—something that should never have been done. The roof has significant texture and sharp points, which are bound to become weak spots. Plus, there’s no positive drainage, causing water to pool in areas and increasing the risk of failure. It’s clear that integrity wasn’t a priority here. This roof probably shouldn’t have passed inspection, and it’s doubtful that permits were even pulled. These factors raise serious questions about the quality and safety of the work. We hoped FixMyRoof would take responsibility, but instead, they simply offered a quote for a new roof: $28,000 for TPO and $45,000 for a foam roof. If you’re considering FixMyRoof, keep in mind that their slogan might be a little misleading.

  Just putting down silicone over an existing roof and then saying don't touch it or you won't be covered anymore doesn't cut it. Like other reviews, the quality of work was poor with bubbling and uneven surfaces. Roof has a serious pooling of water that's due to rise in the silicone or what's under it that was not properly assessed. Now what? You void the warranty having to fix the problem that should have been addressed before just slapping on a "rubber sheet." To me, they don't do a true assessment of work to be done even if it means a difficult conversation and more money to do it right the first time. Customers will appreciate that more than how upsetting it is to find out later and even more cost to go with it. They are supposed to be the professionals and act as a consultant for the homeowner. Poor quality. Poor support. Inspector came out for yearly review and said all was fine. Nope. Not even close. Anyone could see the pooling of water was an issue. And washing their hands of any responsibility once it's done. Would not recommend.

  Great Company! They just completed a Tune-Up on my roof. I had the initial silicone application 12 years ago and it's holding up perfectly. I plan on having them back yearly for inspections and any time additional work is needed. (Photo from initial application 2014.)

  As a retired architect i did not need convincing of the value of a silicone coating. What I needed to be convinced of in selecting Fix My Roof was of reliable year after year annual inspection and repair if needed. I got my first year inspection as promised and a crew to follow up with adjustments and some repair to damage done by other trades. Great then came a house sale and very demanding buyer. Jose Chumacero, bent over back wards in acomadatting the new owner. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and Jose's field team.

  These guys did a great job on resealing my flat foam roof with a silcone coating to make it as new again. Jaret and his crew led by Flako were professional and easy to work wiith. Due to furnace ductwork and stacks there were many obstacles they had to work around. Their workmanship was excellent as is their warranty. The price was reasonable as well. I wouldn't hestitate to recommended them.

  Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and courtesy. Once we were put on the calendar to have the work done, we were updated weekly by the office as to where we stood. As it all turned out, we were able to start earlier than planned. The crew that was sent to do the main roof was friendly and professional. We were told about the process for each day and shown pictures of the work when it was completed, and then advised of the next steps. We also had a garage port roof replaced by a different crew. They were equally as professional. Did great work and cleaned up before leaving for the day. All in all, a pleasure to work with.

  A very thorough job. thery came back multiple times when the foreman( who has left the company) wanted improvements made to their work. When I had a worrisome spot on the ceiling they came back right away and spread some more silicone on the roof. They responded quickly to my inquiries.

  FixMyRoof, LLC is an awesome company! Our 19 yr old torch-down (bitumen) roof was ready for an upgrade, FixMyRoof gave us an honest assessment of condition and a reasonable price estimate for the silicone coating. Our project was completed in a few days (x2 layers), roof came out perfect. We just had our 1st annual inspection and the roof is in great condition! Highly recommend FixMyRoof, LLC! Give them a chance to evaluate your roof so you can compare price/materials/warranty!

  We had a great experience using Fix My Roof to apply a new silicon coating to our flat roof. The house is in the historic district and they took care of all the paperwork needed for approval.
