We’ve lived in Santa Fe over 40 years now and were VERY disappointed in the work done on our property, it seemed like they had no supervision. They began stuccoing the house in completely the wrong color they needed to be constantly told …

Santa Fe Stucco did the stucco on my house 7 years ago. They were very professional and responsive. The job was completed in 3 days. However, many cracks have formed and I'll probably have to restucco it again soon. The house is 30 yrs old. I think they might have done the job too quickly. I've heard it's good to let the brown coat sit for a while (keeping it wet) before applying the color coat. Needless to say, I'll never use SF Stucco again. Their warranty is only 5 yrs.

I used this firm to replace the roof of my home, a 1920 adobe in the downtown area. I have very mixed feelings about the company - many issues came up during the project, some unforeseen because of the age of my home and some just poor business practices. They use subcontractors rather than having their own employees, so there were scheduling issues and changes to whom they hired due to a poor installation at a previous job. The first pm left the job and the 2nd one barely phoned it in. When he said it was finished, he neglected to even look at the back of the house to see that the new rafters they installed were completely exposed - without roofing material. While mgmt were responsive to my complaints and tried to make it okay, I think SF Stucco & Roofing should stick to commercial buildings or more contemporary builds where it's less complicated and doesn't require extra skill and traditional building knowledge.

A young lady in one of your company vehicles flipped me the bird after a soft horn beep from me because she was sitting at a green light. I believe she was on her phone and did not see the light change. as we proceeded down cerrillos rd she kept staring at me until she turned. If going to act like a child dont do it in a company vehicle and embarrass the company in the process!!

We had a very bad experience with this bait-and-switch company. In the pre-construction meeting and contract signing, when we asked what any cost overrun might be, the owner flatly said it would not be more than $2,000, and we believed him. Instead, we were hit with a $6,000 higher bill AFTER the work was done! When I was informed that extra foam would be needed, the project manager Amanda would not tell me how much more it would cost, claimed she didn't know, and that the owner Francis would let me know. Even worse, I was not in town, so I had no idea when the project actually started or was completed. There were no daily updates during the entire roofing process, despite the company promising repeatedly that pictures of the work would be sent to me everyday. I received no pictures until two full weeks AFTER the roof was completed, despite numerous calls and texts asking for what was promised. This company broke the law by not informing me of the price of the cost overruns before proceeding with the extra work. The only recourse is to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the State Attorney General's Office. Avoid this company!

We had a TPO roof installed (note: the glues used in the process are toxic and gas off into one's home). The crew made decisions about the roof without letting us know, which adversely impacted us. Better communication on the part of the roofers is needed. Update... The roofers pulled up the woodstove chimney pipes (we have two woodstoves) and did not reseat them.... leaving a 4" gap/opening. Rendering the woodstoves useless. And it's winter. The discovery of this latest really serious problem is simply too much.

Lol, a "rock solid service guarantee"? Wish they had that when they came to my residence. After they were done w me I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement (wonder how many of these they have people sign?) and agree to never discuss details of their damage. Horrible and unprofessional. Avoid.

Hired to re-stucco my home. Noticed an area of the stucco that had water damage. They came and repaired the damage but didn't attempt to fix the source of the problem which was chimney flashing that should have been repaired with the original job. Took 6 months to have anybody come back and then I was told it was my entire roof that was the problem. They did agree that the flashing should have been included in the original work but were not willing to repair the flashing now. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This has to be among the best stucco companies in Santa Fe. I say it "must" be because we actually didn't have a stucco job done by them. But if you're looking for a company who cares and will follow through even if they are not working for …

We just completed the overhaul of our roof with Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing (replacing decades of tar and pebble with TPO while bringing the roof up to current code). The work proceeded exactly as Willie explained and itemized in our contract, while project managers Celeste and Kynsie kept us updated along the way. Anibal and his crew of roofers worked tirelessly for a week, including a Saturday, to execute and complete the job with expertise, efficiency, professionalism, and craftsmanship, going above and beyond in resolving two interior skylight issues that arose while removing the old roof materials. A truly excellent experience.

I just moved to Santa Fe. The warranty on my roof came with my house purchase. After a particularly heavy storm, I discovered a leak. I was able to get service the very next day! Diego was my roofing technician. I was really impressed by how thorough he was at my roof inspection and the above-and-beyond measures he took to make sure that he was able to take care of my problem. He communicated with with exactly what he found and the steps he took to take solve the problem. I will follow this up after the next big rain, but as of right now, I feel very confident in this company and their thoroughness.

Willie Collier came out to our place to check on the status of our roof on a house we recently purchased. He was thorough, professional and most enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing.

We were very satisfied with our new modified bitumen roof installed by Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing and would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Excellent customer communications. Immediately informed me of any unexpected scheduling changes and discussed any changes to the original plan that arose consequent to what was found while working on the roof. I never felt like I was “left hanging” in an “I don’t know what’s happening” state of confusion. Thanks for “being human”.

Selected these folks to perform a reroof of my house and garage (two roofs) using TPO, replacing a bitumen "cover job" the previous homeowners blessed me with. Complete tear down, necessary repairs and some improvements, and re-roof of just over 1500 sq ft for both roofs. The job started on the scheduled date, took two days and was painless. The first day the crew they used worked well beyond when I'd expected them to quit, which surely helped with achieving the roof's completion the second day. They took good care of the property; no mess beyond a little wind-blown teardown materials or sealant overspray. The PM was far more offended by it than I was. At the final walk thru the PM noticed a couple of items with flashing and a little mess left behind on the roof she wasn't happy with and within a couple of days a gentleman came out and took care of that. The only things that didn't go as planned (or imagined): 1) it took a couple/three days to get the excess roofing materials, portable toilet and the dumpster retrieved from my driveway, forcing me into some creative parking for three nights. Not a huge deal. 2) There have as of this writing been two failed inspection attempts as the city and SFSR have not been on the same calendar. If I was gonna have issues, those are the kinds of issues to have. Easy ones. Very pleased, and I have 15 years where I won't have to spend a dime on roof inspections, maintenance or repairs. Works for me.

I hired SFR&S in May 2023 to replace my modified bitumen and pumice-sloped roof with a new TPO roof. Because of the age of my roof and the presence of pumice, they had to completely remove everything and install new high-density sloping material along with the TPO membrane. I am very happy with the results - I had a couple of small issues initially (not surprising for a new roof) and they responded immediately and cleared everything up. I am very happy with the level of quality work and the service response! Thank you SFR&S, I feel very confident in my roof and I really appreciate your work!

Very professional crews, always on time, and they did a great job. I had daily reports of progress throughout both the TPO roof and the stucco jobs. I'd highly recommend them! They really went above and beyond and it shows.

SFSR lived up to their reputation replacing my pueblo-style roof, with excellent communication, professional project management, and a quality job, completed in a timely manner.

Complete home re-stucco. I highly recommend SF Stucco. They were professional and accessible and kept me informed of their scheduling and the work plan each day. They listened to my concerns and did a good job cleaning up each day. The foreman and crew were polite and friendly. Spring weather meant the job took a couple of days longer than expected, but they still got it done in a week. I'd like to thank the whole team for their work.
