  Not sure why the person driving company car is in such a hurry. Cutting in front of people with zero turning signal isn't cool. Signals exist for a reason. Use them.

  Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with McPartlon Roofing. The foreman was rude and turned up unannounced. The porch replacement was faulty and leaked within the first year of repair. I now have another leak and it is obvious that the original job was done incorrectly.

  We reached an agreement with Brian to settle our issues. It was a sound and reasonable solution. Then, when it came time to sell the house, McPartlon LLC decided to dishonor the agreement and not provide continued free inspection and maintenace for the full twenty year. This is a company to avoid.

  Communication with this company is impossible. After about a dozen phone calls, I never heard back after the Wrong estimate they provided was never corrected. I wanted a repair and they wanted to replace the entire roof. The manager, the estimator never returned my calls. I would never consider using this roofing company. I will call Albuquerque companies who provide much better service and most importantly communication.

  My gutters were in bad shape and it was a great decision to call McPartlon Roofing. The knowledgeable estimator came out promptly, answered all my questions and sent me a fair proposal with options to choose from. The crew came out and completed all the work professionally and efficiently. I very much appreciate my seamless gutters, downspouts and metal fascia. Because they are an excellent local resource I also signed up for the annual maintenance contract.

  Over the years we've had regular preventive maintenance done on the roof and some minor repairs. The work is excellent, and the workers are polite, competent, and explain things well. Could not be more pleased.

  McPartlon Roofing replaced canales and repaired roof damage. Angel Hernandez, Jr thoroughly inspected the roof, took detailed pictures and clearly described the work needed. Another roofer said I needed a very expensive roof replacement. Angel recommended repairs and their annual maintenance plan, a much more reasonable solution.

  Matthew was very professional, efficient, friendly and accomodating, and came right on time. I enjoyed meeting him and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would have very much liked to have done business with McPartlon roofing. Unfortunately, their proposal was significantly more expensive than the other 2 proposals I got.
