This installation was done under a previous team that is no longer with Fiddler and we want to see what we can do to help you safely and effectively address the rotted soffit and fascia.   Horrible company sent someone out to fix my roof that was drunk. Didn't fix it right and ended up with damage to the inside of my house they refused to pay for

  Paid $20,000 for a brand new TPO roof in 2021 only to have a leak occur in July 2024. Sheetrock on ceiling is wet, black mold is visible, cracks are present, which tells me this is not a new leak, but has been steady for some time. Fiddler says their only duty to us is to repair exterior, and the interior is on us, which is bizarre. When foreman assessed the roof and where leak was identified, he said the crew did not do things like they should have and they could have done a better job. So tell me, how is the interior not covered by Fiddler when they admit their crew did not do a great job with our roof? Fiddler has been difficult to contact, made false commitments to return calls when they said they would, and foreman also told me he would talk to owner about “helping us out” on interior, only for owner to say, “that’s not covered in your limited warranty.” Very disappointed with this investment and service.

  Be aware that if you choose them to go out and do an estimate they will not submit anything to the insurance without you paying an upfront deposit of $1000 and signing an agreement. Most other roofing companies do not have this requirement.

  I recently had a new roof installed by Fiddler Roofing. My experience could not have been better. The crew arrived early in the morning and went right to work, working hard until the day ended in the afternoon. Neighbors even commented on how focused on work the crew was. Administrative personnel were customer focused and responsive to all questions and concerns. I do know Jack, and he has a great company.

  Derek and Fix My Roof/Fiddler Roofing were excellent. He pointed out damage due to hail and it helped with an insurance claim. The work was done at the outset of winter which is not ideal, but the crew chose the warmest days to apply the TPO. Derek provided photos throughout and the detail is very professional. I happened to keep my STO Stucco color number; he located it and matched it. No “two-tone” walls! I highly recommend this company. The owner will answer any questions and explain the process clearly. Nobody’s happy to hear they need a new roof, but they were a pleasure to work with.

  Very honest and straightforward company. They laid out the best and worst case senarios for our roof and walked us through the whole process. They didn’t push us to make a decision they just laid out the honest facts. Cygell Mercedes, she goes by Mercedes, was our representative and she was amazing. I definitely recommend them if you want quality and honest work done. They showed us all the before, during, and after photos, the roof looks great! We had a flat leaking roof and now all of our issues are resolved.

  We had our roof on the house and garage replaced. The crew came in and did the job quickly and efficiently. They stripped our old roof off, cleaned everything up, got the surface prepped and ready and then put the new roof on. They even put in skylights. They did all of this in 3 days. My husband and I were amazed. The new roof looks awesome and is phenomenal in storms. No leaks or problems at all. One of the excellent things that happened with this company was when the State of New Mexico roof inspector arrived at our house to look over the roof. He climbed up on the roof inspected the roof, soffits, corners, and all things concerned. When he climbed down he told us that it was one of the best roofs that he had ever seen done. The work around the soffits was perfect, and the corners were rounded and curved. Our permits passed without any problems and he left happy. Every day that I walk up to my house I smile when I see my beautiful roof. What a blessing to work with this incredible company.

  Start to finish, Fiddler Roofing gave us great customer service, quality products and workmanship, and a very professional experience. We needed a complete shingle roof replacement on our 25-year-old home. Michelle met with us to discuss our needs, really listened to us, and provided us with a fair estimate. The crew of seven arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the entire project in one day. Jack himself came by after the work was done to inspect and to make sure we were satisfied. How many owners of their businesses take the time to personally stop by to visit with their customers and to make sure they are honestly happy with the completed job? We can’t speak highly enough of Fiddler Roofing and their entire team. We are comfortable knowing that our new roof was installed with quality products and workmanship that will last for many years.
