Roof installation Jan. 6 Roof already leaking in several spots. The city of St Ann did a final inspection and failed the roof and stated.... ROOF IS LEAKING NEAR RIDGE VENT. MULTIPLE NAILS HOLDING SHINGLES HAVE BLOWN THROUGH SHINGLE CAUSING THE SHINGLES TO BE UNSECURED. DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF NAILS BLOWN THROUGH SHINGLES THE ROOF WOULD HAVE TO BE REMOVE TO ITS ENTIRELY AND REINSTALLED. CE-2-10-26 I would not recommend rocket roofing. I have to have a new roof installed and the one they put on taken off. And they will not give me a refund.
