  Poor customer service with no follow through. I will find another company it’s just the complete lack of regard when you let a company into your home and they don’t handle or communicate their business.

  Really disappointing experience with Perimeter Roofing. Unprofessional. Would not recommend. The crew left a wreck of our attic during the roofing job, promised to come clean it up, and never did. Randy was big on promises but failed on delivery several times. Nice of him to apologize for multiple miscues but doesn't make up for the bad experience.

  Hello Gene. Well I’m sorry that there was a misunderstanding or that two years later you had forgotten the process that is clearly stated on the warranty letter. Certainteed is the manufacturer so if there are issues with the shingles then yes you the consumer need to contact Certainteed. Also on the warranty letter you received it states that you need to register your roof on line with Certainteed after your new roof was installed to be registered in their system in case you ever needed to file a claim. It’s just like if you by a power tool from Home Depot and two years later something goes wrong with the item. You don’t call Home Depot???? You call the manufacturer. That’s how any material or device warranty works. And as far as you saying a supervisor said that’s not our problem? I know for a fact that something like that would NEVER be said because I am the supervisor and I would never speak to a customer that way looking for help on an issue? You can look up Certainteed on line and give them a call and let them know what the issue is and they can walk you through what you need to do.

  Did a great job overall. Took them a while to complete the work. Multiple trips for skylight. Multiple trips for attic vent fans. Started process in Fall and finished early spring. Roof went on quickly maybe 2 to 3 days. The gutters delayed due to insurance payout. So it took a good while but they did stand behind what they said they would do.

  David was very accurate and knowledgeable and found damage that the insurance adjuster agreed with. USAA has always blanketly denied every one of my few claims before this. I let David and his guys look at my roof but I totally expected USAA to decline all damage and blame it on me as they have before. USAA must be rolling in cash after that last CEO quadrupled everyone’s premiums and got long time customers to drop them by the millions. I’m very happy with Perimeter Roofing. They pick up the old shingle and debris with a trailer instead of an overweight gigantic truck that drops a dumpster on the driveway. The pre job brief covers everything you could imagine so that precious or valuable to you is protected during the roofing.
