Hi Lance. I am sorry that you feel you had a bad experience with our company. We try our best to exceed customer expectations but sometimes we fall short. I spoke to Mateo when I saw your review and I checked our CRM system. It looks like Mateo just came out to your place week ago today, on a Sunday. He mentioned that he sent your estimate earlier in the morning on Friday, the day you left the review and that he also tried calling and texted you. I just left a voicemail for you as well. Hopefully we can connect and get everything squared away.

I am very pleased with the job that RMC Roofing & Construction did on the re-roof of my Spanish tile house. I’ve been in the construction business for nearly 30 years and I closely monitored the quality of the work. They provided drone shots of the work half way through so I could see the progress and the quality, but I still got on the roof at the end of the day for a closer look. It was top notch! Their crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. RMC gave me a good, fair price and finished the job on budget when they said they would. You can’t beat that! I highly recommend them.

Chris, thank you for your detailed review and for trusting RMC Roofing & Construction; as a fellow construction professional your endorsement means a great deal and we’re proud our crew, drone updates, and on-budget delivery met your high standards. If you need any follow-up, maintenance, or assistance on future projects, please reach out; we appreciate your recommendation.

Working on tile roofs, we pay close attention to the tile layout, roof lines, vents, and areas where different sections meet. In this project, the tile pattern shows how much detail goes into keeping a roof looking consistent across large sections and transitions. At RMC Roofing & Construction, we work on residential and commercial roofing projects throughout Albuquerque. As a tile roofing company in Albuquerque, we focus on practical roof work and careful attention to the details we see on each property. This roof is a good example of why tile roofing deserves a close inspection during repairs, maintenance, or replacement work. 4 days agoCall now
