Over the years, my family has built and remodeled many homes, so we know what to look for in a roofing contractor. Jared and his crew stood out from the usual roofers because they were honest, easy to talk to, and very thorough from start to finish. Jared answered every question clearly with no runaround, and he took time to explain the different shingle grades, along with the pros and cons of each roofing option, so I could make the right choice for my home. Before the crew even arrived, they helped me work through a few roof issues I was dealing with, which showed real care and good customer service. I also asked them to remove an old chimney since the fireplace is only decorative. They handled that part of the project with a lot of skill. Instead of just tearing it down roughly, they carefully removed it below the roofline and kept the work area neat and organized. The whole roofing crew worked with attention to detail and treated my home with respect the entire time. Living in Grand Prairie, it is important to have a roof that can handle heat, sun, and strong storms, and they made sure the work was done the right way. The finished roof looks great, and the quality of the workmanship gave me a lot of confidence. Raymond, Marvin, and Jared treated this job like they were working on their own home, and that kind of pride really shows in the final result.

The roofing team was professional and did an excellent job from start to finish. From the first meeting about choosing the right shingle color and roofing materials to scheduling the install day, everything went smoothly. They gave me about a two week timeframe to decide, and once the weather was clear, they sent a text to confirm the work day. Their crew, supplies, and dumpster showed up right on time as expected. The roof replacement was finished in one day with no issues at all. Cleanup was very thorough, and the dumpster was removed the next day. They also did a final roof inspection, made sure i was happy with the results, and checked that everything was done right. With the Texas heat, it was great to have a crew that worked efficiently and stayed organized. the communication was clear, the workmanship was solid, and i would gladly recommend this roofing company based on my experience.

We had roof repair done for wind and hail damage, followed by a full roof installation, and we are very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Jared came by and offered to inspect our roof after storm damage was reported nearby, and we are so glad he did. He was professional, easy to talk to, and quick to answer all our questions. He also helped handle the insurance adjuster and windstorm inspection, which made the process smooth and stress free. Rivera Family Roofing & Remodeling took care of everything and kept the job moving without delays. The project manager and roofing crew arrived early, worked hard through the day, and finished the installation efficiently while still paying attention to quality. The cleanup was excellent, and the property looked great when they were done. Our new roof looks outstanding, gives us peace of mind during strong Texas storms, and we are very satisfied with the final results. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable roofing work for their home.

We had a big surprise when water stains started showing up on most of the ceilings in our one-story home, and it was clear the issue was coming from the attic and roof area. We contacted Rivera Family Roofing & Remodeling for advice and help, and they responded fast with prompt, professional service. Raymond arrived right on time, came prepared, and found that the attic insulation and ventilation were not giving our home the protection and energy efficiency they should. The estimate made the upgrade an easy choice, especially since the work would help with comfort during the Grand Prairie heat. They were also very flexible with scheduling and were able to move us up when an opening came available. Jared kept us updated the whole time, so we always knew the status and timing. Conner and the crew completed attic air sealing, improved the soffit airflow and ventilation, added blown-in insulation, and upgraded the attic access panel with added insulation backing. They also showed us a clear improvement in sealing after the job was finished. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them for roofing, attic ventilation, and insulation work.

I had some worn garage shingles and a flat roof section that was not installed the right way, so I called Rivera Family Roofing & Remodeling. Communication was clear from the start, and the crew got the repair scheduled fast after the deposit was paid. The whole process moved quickly, from the estimate to the finished roofing work, which made everything much easier. They completed the shingle and flat roof repairs in one day, cleaned up well, and the new roof looks solid and professional. I also liked that when I noticed a small issue after the job was done, Ernest came back promptly and took care of it without any hassle. It is hard to find a roofing crew that responds that fast, stands behind their work, and makes the whole job feel smooth. I am very happy with the results and glad I chose them for the repair.

Big thanks to Jared and Raymond. Jared handled our roof vent leak issue right away and was quick to respond when we called. He kept us updated, arranged the temporary protection, and made sure the permanent roofing repair was scheduled without any hassle. Raymond and his crew did a great job fixing the roof vent area where rainwater was getting in. He was professional, easy to talk to, and very detail focused. The team carefully inspected the problem, explained what needed to be done, and completed the repair with solid workmanship. We really appreciate the fast service, clear communication, and quality roofing work.
